Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - International Drive

I have stayed at the property before so I knew what to more or less expect. It was well kept it was clean. It was very secure this time I stayed at the back of the building on the fifth floor. The last time I was at the front so I was overlooking Orlando eye, but I have nothing negative to say about the property. It was well kept and very quiet.

We had a situation with the AC not working properly but The staff was amazing and handled it beautifully. I will definitely stay again!!

Hotel was alot cleaner than expected. Received an upgrade due to room not being ready at the time. Would definitely stay there again.

The worse day of all; 3rd day of stay, my daughter and I came back to the hotel around 10pm from a very long day being out for the volleyball tournament only to find out our AC (room 309) quit working, since the telephone inside our room doesn’t have a dial tone, I have no choice but to personally go all the way from our room 309 to the front desk to let them know the AC was broke!. We waited for at least 30mins, I decided to check and walked from room 309 again to the front desk and politely ask the front desk the eta of the person who suppose to check the ac unit. There is no way that we will be able to sleep in our room without ac. The front desk personnel finally call the engineer to check our room. (Infront of me) I said I will wait for him )engineer . Came back to our room, 10:40pm , then head back to the front desk to find out that they needed to relocate me and my daughter to another room because they couldn’t fix the ac. Long story short, 11pm my daughter and I started packing our suite cases and etc (clothing/food inside the fridge) this is the worse hotel experience we ever experience in my whole entire life!

Vanessa (Front Desk Manager) was very accommodating to my family when we had to book a night here due to an incident at a nearby hotel. Sincerely appreciate the hospitality, and knowing how to treat guests.

location was great ,rooms themselves where a very good size ,but could do with some updating and improved level of cleanliness. facilities where ok ,laundry was useful .... pool was ok but quite small ,we only used it once very early in the morning as most of the time it was very crowded .there is an on-site store with very basic inventory, but avoid at all costs as the prices are insanely high,much cheaper to walk to local supermarkets or order online for delivery. Overall our stay was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful,although I dont think we would stay here again ,for the price point you can find better . the level of cleanliness needs improvement along with updating and maintenance of the rooms

Perfect location The entrees, near the elavator where isolated

The location is perfect to the main events on the strip, in walking distance. The manager was friendly, professional, accommodating and a pleasure. I wished there was full service breakfast

Everything was great from fast check in to easy checkout. This hotel is in the middle of everything. You do not need your car once you are here. The only thing I didn’t like was the gate on the side of the hotel to get in, our room was right next to it and we heard people coming in an out all night and it’s a very heavy metal gate so I was suggest if you have kids to ask for a room where that isn’t a problem. Other than that this hotel was a 10/10

Be aware that this is an extended stay property so they do not provide scheduled room cleaning. Some staff were extremely helpful but a few front desk staff during late night shifts were not as helpful or friendly.
