Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - International Drive

Definitely staying again.

Cleanning period could be short, at least the change of towels and check napkins/bath paper availabity. More than that everything was great, thanks!

Enjoyed our stay at Sonesta ES international dr. The staff here are incredible. Everyone is extremely friendly. Vanessa at front desk is the best. Friendly and helpful. The staff in the coffee shop friendly and efficient.

My family and I went to celebrate with the honors program to celebrate the veterans in our family. We had 3 generations of family so we needed space. The Sonesta suites was perfect. We cooked breakfast in the kitchenette and had plenty of space in the 2 suites we stayed in. It was nice and clean.

Overall I had a great experience but the air-conditioning in the 403 needs to be checked it went off more than it stayed on in auto mode

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We love the central international drive location with easy transport links. Staff always lovely and helpful. The accommodation was dirty, we arrived and found it dirty and thought the cleaner would clean it but it took 8 days for us to notice a cleaner has been in and only as we had fresh towels. The beds were only made on the last 3 days of our 11 night trip and the bedding never changed. We could tell it was nearly tip time as on the last two days we had the towels changed every day and the beds made. We have decided it will be our last stay.

Great location and facilities were superb. The room was large and spacious and provided home from home comforts.

Great location and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great to have the cafe available in the morning.

For a last minute run this was perfect. It was clean and the staff was nice. I can appreciate the location as well. We were able to walk the strip. Thank you

Our room was very clean, and every aspect of the property was clean. There’s nothing overly special about the hotel but the staff and cleanliness make it feel like a deal honestly. Would definitely stay here again. Juan was great, helping us hunt down a needed cord to watch a movie- appreciate you!

Vanessa and both Juan’s were amazing, I will be going back again and again!!!!!! Thank you for the welcome and beautiful family environment! Everyone was such a pleasure!!!!
