Good size rooms and good location Room smells bad, unpleasant

Very friendly staff and a good location directly opposite Icon park. Loads of resturants. Free shuttle to Universal. Clean. Felt like a community with a nice clean pool area. View from living room area of courtyard and could still see the Icon wheel. Home from home. Air con was a little loud but nothing major. Few repairs needed such as skirting boards.

This is a great place to stay whether you are here for work or pleasure. You can walk to a variety of restaurants, shops and bars. They are directly across the street from ICON Park. The rooms are very spacious.

However, I would have liked to see the hotel receive some upgrades and modernization over the years. Regarding the staff, the ladies at the front desk were friendly, warm, and helpful. Unfortunately, the male staff members came across as rather cold and uninterested. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

First of all i would like to commend the office manager for trying to take care of our problems!!! The property was a little dated. Our rooms weren't clean which put a damper on our stay. The tub was clogged and we had to call maintenance to fix it. The tub was also stained!! YUCK!! The staff was nice.

The location as it’s it’s right in the middle of drive Front desk staff always friendly & amazing The rooms have everything you need. There isn’t anything to dislike but I wish they still served a proper Buffett breakfast like they used to do many years ago when we first started coming lol

Great

I really liked the space in the living room and kitchen. It's a good location, not too far from the universal parks. Vanessa at the front desk was amazing! Super informative, kind and professional. She went out of her way and beyond to help us. The freezer was broken. It didn't provide any ice. We had to constantly ask for a bag of ice downstairs. There's no ice machine nearby to use. The door to the bedroom kept closing on it's own and wouldn't stay open. It also wasn't properly installed cause it kept hitting the furniture, shaking the TV every time. The shower drain didn't drain. It was clogged to the point of reaching the ankles. The shower curtain was dirty. Neither of the TV's were smart. Disappointing.

The beds were too firm.

I really liked the supplies provided in the room. Although the refrigerator ice maker didn’t work and I needed more pots, the kitchen was spacious with everything necessary to make food. I thought the pool area was also nice, and although you can hear people outside, you can’t hear people above or next to you. The location was also very convenient- restaurants were everywhere and ICON Park is literally across the street if you want to do something close by. We had a two bedroom suite and the room with the king bed hardly had any room. I also noticed that although the counters, showers, utensils and such were clean, it didn’t seem like the floor was mopped. I wiped up a couple of things from the floor. You also have to ask for the sofa bed bedding. When I requested it, it was provided quickly even though it was late at night. However, when my dad and I started putting on the sheets, we noticed some bad staining that had to be blood. They provided another quickly, but that added to my cleanliness concerns.

Extremely happy. Great location. Very helpful staff. Such comfortable beds and mattresses. Pool was lovely. Nothing, if I had to say anything slightly more up to date electrics for charging perhaps some usb ports but thats really being picky as everything’s else was great.
