The staff was wonderful. They allowed my niece and I to check in 2 hours early to check in do to the stormy weather. They also gave us a tickets for the trolley to sea world and back. none

La habitación estaba muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa, y la ubicación es perfecta, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, entretenimiento y muchas de las atracciones de Orlando. Fue una oexcelente opción para disfrutar nuestras vacaciones en familia. Excelente experiencia!!!

The bedroom was on the large size clean and comfortable. The bathroom also plenty of space, shower good plenty of towels. The breakfast was a disappointment as the service was a let down. The staff had to be informed when food and drinks were no longer available, slow at cleaning tables for other patrons to use.

Staff was nice. Great Location. Bus to disney and universal Pathetic room service, didn't change the bed sheets for 5 days. No cleaning at all No halal food anywhere around or in the hotel
