Location is great, near to bars/restaurants. 20 minute drive to Walt Disney World & on the doorstep if you’re visiting Universal Studios. The block where the rooms are, need updating. Not your typical Holiday Inn, but the room was clean, comfortable & great value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the transfer service was very convenient and easy to use. The hotel was clean and well maintained overall. A special thank you to Yasmin at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us with a warm smile and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The only issue was that one of the elevators had a recurring problem, which was a little inconvenient at times. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and were happy with the service.

Had a great time here. Very clean building, friendly staff, especially Hanna at the front desk and can't forget Destiny who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great stay!! Ice machine broke on 7th floor and 6th. Had to keep going down 2 floors just to get ice.

Room was clean. Air conditioning is good. We liked the Breakfast but hate to see the same menu throughout the stay. Ran out of facial tissues during last day of the stay. Towel assortment was different everyday. There is no standard set of Bath, Hand and wash towels. No Microwave in the floor which they confirmed over the phone when I inquired over the phone before the stay. I was told to go up to 2nd floor for using microwave.
