Everything is usually great here but my last few stays, I’ve found a few roaches in my rooms. I’m no diva so I didn’t leave a review after the first or second stay bc things happen but after the third occurrence I’m definitely noticing a pattern. Please fix this issue.

Excellent location, Portuguese-speaking staff who are very helpful, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms weren't as clean as I expected; I found 3 small cockroaches during my 15-day stay. Housekeeping (towel change and room cleaning) has to be requested, and I kept forgetting to ask. Breakfast is very basic and not worth USD 11.00.

We checked in and had roaches in our first room, my partner had a roach crawling on his leg in the middle of the night!! My friends also had dead roaches in their room too. Then when I complained they moved our room, after a few days we noticed that one had an infestation too. When I complained again, the guy on reception couldn’t really care less and asked us why we chose to stay here if we knew about the roaches and they told us they have roach problems?! Why rent rooms knowing you have those issues? Disgusting. We were changing rooms for the 3rd time and we had a very angry Spanish lady asking us to get out as they need to clean, shouting WHAT in my face when she couldn’t understand me. The floors are dirty. The cleaners do not clean your room unless you ‘request’ it, even then I requested it 3 times and they didn’t come at all. Don’t get fresh towels or toilet paper unless you ask, they don’t provide hand soap???? The bed sheets are dirty, curtains have mould on them and there is mould on the ceilings too. The general attitude is staff is a can’t be bothered attitude and the only redeeming factor about the hotel is that it’s a good location but we won’t stay again and will take our custom elsewhere. I’m hoping to get my money back for the disruption and disgusting hotel stay. Waste of money.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue for me was the smell and humidity in the room when we first arrived. I’m particularly sensitive to mold and humidity, and I noticed some allergy symptoms during our stay. The room had a pretty strong musty smell when we first entered. We decided to leave the AC running and circulating throughout the day, and thankfully, when we returned to the room, the smell was much less noticeable and the room felt more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and hospitality. With some attention to the room’s humidity and air quality, it would be an even better experience.

Fue una muy buena elección. Servicio excelente, personal amable y bilingüe. Céntrico, puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares. Desayuno muy bueno, si debería ampliar sus opciones en el bufet.

Close to the theme parks and restaurants Staff ignored necessary requests. Had to call multiple times just for some fresh towels and more soap. Ended up walking downstairs from 4th level to get those items myself.

Staff was okay when I checked but there was confusion on the breakfast. They were correct but very terse.

Fantastic location. Closer to everything including the parks. The swimming pool stays open until 11pm, which is fantastic for those who stay in the parks during the whole day. The hotel offers a free shuttle service.to Universal. The shower. Must be stronger. Ths hotel should think about investing on this, as I could see other complaints about the same issue. Hot water, but no power.

Roach infestation. On every floor. Every room. This used to be my go to hotel to go to the parks but I couldn’t even sleep one night without having roaches everywhere including on the bed. They moved me to the floor above and it was the same situation. They need to be shut down till they handle that situation. It’s unusable.
