Overall it wss a good stay. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean but there was a scent on the 5th floor. Think it might have been the carpet.

Terrible hotel — I would never recommend it to anyone! The hotel is old, dirty, and has a horrible smell. Our room smelled so bad that it was difficult to stay inside. The sink was cracked, and the bathroom was in such terrible condition that we were afraid to walk in or step on the floor. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the bed linen looked dirty. The pillows were so disgusting that I could not even bring myself to put my face on them. The breakfast looked awful and unappetizing, so we were afraid to eat anything there. This hotel does not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. We will never stay here again. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel! The hotel is worth its money, but you get exactly what you pay for. Some floors are cleaner and better than others. It makes sense to choose another room if the one you were given didn't suit you. Another one might be cleaner and tidier. They are all different. Breakfast is surprisingly quite good. There are many strange guests at the hotel. On the upper floors, some shady people regularly sit in the hallway.

The hotel is poor on facility ,the same breakfast, no coffee after 10 am, no laundry, nothing attractive to do there, with a little change in those things it would be worthly staying there for a couple of days.

We enjoyed the location and the breakfast it was perfect for a budget friendly location to stay. It was a quiet area and they are actively renovating. The air conditioner was a godsend. They dont have a sign that reflects the new name so we had to inquire if we were in the right spot before checking in. The dual locks on the door are not functional. They share a parking lot with lots of other businesses and they are tucked in there; this without a current sign made it difficult to find.

Pleasant

All around not for me. There was a letter on the counter when we checked in from another room saying that they checked out early due to hotel being bad. Our room key didn’t work so they gave us another room. No coffee pot, no hair dryer and not enough towels. No nonslip mat for the bathtub. Mold in the pictures in the bathroom and the bathroom door looked like it was starting to fall apart.

Excellent location. Rooms had a bit of a smell, but were nice enough for 1 night.

Very poor

Geraldine was a hard worker at breakfast and food there was good. I’ve put in a complaint about damp, wet rooms that were not cleaned often (3x during 16-night stay), and damaged items in rooms and keys not working. Very disappointing.

I was not impressed. The room had maintenance issues. The bathroom door knob was almost falling off, so I tightened the screws myself to get it back in place. The shower dripped constantly. The bathroom door would not close all theway and would hang up on the door jamb. I was hit with an unexpected $100 deposit upon arrival to cover any damages that may occur. This is the first time in my professional career I’ve ever had to pay a deposit upfront for potential damages to a room. Won’t be staying there again.
