I would not stay here with your family, maybe a single person or a couple looking for the lowest cost stay (and experience) in Orlando.

Todo muy bien, hotel acessible a todo en el area.

Había humedad en las habitaciones, también una de las habitaciones tenía goteras

I booked 1st night here and my bed smelled like urine

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Special shout-out to Matt and Julia. The only challenge was the key cards for one of our rooms kept resetting, but we definitely would return.

Very comfortable, smelled nice. Me and my girlfriend loved it and the location.

The staff was great. Wonderful breakfast. The room was clean but the carpet need to be clean. The bathroom needs a little work out.

The tub had a layer of black soap residue. The tub caulking was moldy. Another customer was complaining that his room also had mold. The sink was partly detached from the wall, so they filled in the large gap with caulk, which still left the sink loose. Sink bowl was also broken, so they glued it back together. Towel bar was remounted and original holes filled with putty, but not painted (this was the case for many fixtures that had been removed). No iron. No blow dryer. Room was humid and had a slight odor (although the rest of the hotel smelled fine). Carpet was moist and made the bottom of my feet black. Overall, it looks like it was recently purchased and remodeled poorly. I never leave bad reviews, but this was bad and people need to know what they are buying. However, the staff was very friendly and if you want a cheap deal, this is it.

The only positive part about my stay was: the staff was so wonderful! Great attitude and willingness to serve their guests. The breakfast was actually pretty wonderful too if I'm being honest! My daughter loved the bacon especially!

The first thing I want to say is that I worked in the hotel industry for 17 years, as front desk manager, executive housekeeper, and general manager, so I rate this with inside expertise. Our stay was fine for the most part as the room (2nd room, more on this coming) was clean, had good amenities, and friendly staff. There is a communication issue first between departments, and a lack of caring somewhere. The first room we were given, had a carpet shampooer left in the room. We switched to another, maint forgot to update front desk? Housekeeping missed? No inspections? Day 2 good. Day 3 upon return our room had been serviced, but housekeeper did not leave towels. Again, no inspection by exec housekeeper after service? Went to desk for towels, 2 other guests were there with issues. One lady had a door handle that was broken and had been locked in the room, broke it to get out. Another group of 3 young women had been checked into the room next to ours and the room hadnt been cleaned. Again, how could this have happened if the rooms are being inspected after servicing? Seems like they arent? How are dirty or out of order rooms being reported as clean & ready to the front desk? Here lies the issue. COMMUNICATION AND CARING. The desk clerk was put into bad situations which she handled as best as she could, but where is the service standards by back of house departments? These problems are all correctible by proper standards being followed are caring by the management team.

I should have listened to the reviews . I came here and saw for myself. Whoever took over this hotel needs to stay here one night for himself what guests experience. Dirty, smelled like mildew and urine on my bed one night stay. Second night came back and had another run down room. Dirty room full of stains and ripped up. So disappointing and horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for something better.

Breakfast and parking weren’t the main issues, it was the lack of communication and lack of housekeeping. It is an older building, but the consistent presence of bugs of all kinds was a bit disappointing. The room was in disarray and some parts of the room weren’t even there as well.

This hotel is terrible. Do not book, RUN. After waiting forever for someone to show up to the front desk to check me in, we get to the room that is dirty/ filthy/ disgusting. There was bottles of ranch and vegetable oil sitting out. Dirty blankets in the chair. Dirty towels hanging in the shower. Residue and bugs on the counter. Sand in the made beds. We go downstairs to request a new room and while we wait because again no one was at the desk there is another customer asking for clean towels bc they had none in their room and another furious guest who got locked in their room because the door handle fell off and no one would answer the front desk phone. The front desk agent tells the man she will bring up towels joining about how she had to do that earlier, and gives the lady a new room. When she gets to me I show her all the photos I took in the room. She takes the room key to show her manager. This is where the previous guest comes down fuming that her new room is dirty and has holes in the wall and does not want to end up being charged for damages already done in the room. At this point I want a refund because the entire hotel is dirty. I’m told I cannot get a refund but can get a new room- absolutely not I will not be staying here. Me and the lady both as to speak to a manager but there is no one on duty. They will not provide a name, email, phone number, or business card for a manager. I leave requesting that they reach out to me. Surprise- they never do. Unacceptable.

Please do not book a room here. It was nothing like the pictures. The dresser was beat up. The closet door was off the track and just hanging there and the bottom of the closet door was completely rusty. The bathroom was so disgusting I didn't feel I could take off my shoes in the shower. The worst part was that the room smelled of 50 year old must, mildew, and smoke. We have allergies the with the amount of dust and mold in the room, we immediately felt our throats and noses start to swell up after being in the room for 10 minutes. We couldn't even breathe. The room is next to a popular club called Mangoes and there was no available parking. We ended leaving and I ask for a partial refund since we could not stay there but they would not refund anything. Please don't waste your money here.

Outdated, holes in the walls and floor. Bathtub leaks and bed frame extended mattress, which was a safety hazard.

The whole place was falling apart. Had to change rooms 6 times. If it was refundable we would have moved hotels but we were forced to stay unless we wanted to lose out on the money we paid.

No lo recomiendo tanto porque la habitación que me tocó no estaba en buenas condiciones no tome fotos por respeto pero no tiene buenas condiciones

Excelente servicio y el personal muy atento y amable. Muy buena ubicación.
