The rooms were falling apart. Mold on the shower curtain, the bathrooms walls were dirty. the carpet in the room was all ripped up. The outside of the property was dirty trash all over the place, the walkways were like they haven't been clean in years.

Hotel is good enough to spend one night as we did.

The staff was great! The only issue we had was our sheets were not changed. The bed was dirty. I called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to change it asap. They also didn’t have a luggage rack in the room for your suitcase. Other than that the stay was good. The grounds and pool was very nice!

This is a very convenient location to a few parks. Easily accessible to interstate and International Drive. Dining is plentiful both around the area and on site. Staff was great property is clean. Rooms are a little out dated and could use a little modernization. Overall a very nice stay.

The stairwell was filthy. There was food dropped before we got there and it was there until we left. The walkways were all stained terrible.

We have stayed here over the past twenty years and it has always been a clean and affordale place to stay.
