Sink clogged as soon as i turned it on, roach found in living room, shower not clean, jacuzzi non functional, cabana cushions filthy, loud humming from ac unit. this is more of a motel than a hotel or resort. with a holding fee higher than the price per night to stay here and is being withheld for 10 business days. truly the worst hotel i have ever been to.

Our only issue was the breakfast cook was a bit rude. We needed a couple disposable plates in our room and he was rude about it.

Clean

El hospedaje fue muy limpio y acogedor. Lo único que faltó es un buen WiFi y unas tv configuradas con internet y aplicaciones accesibles para entretenimiento.

If I remember correctly, they clean after every 3rd/4th night. We checked in Saturday and they cleaned on Tuesday. After that, no one came to clean until the following Tuesday and no one collected our garbage on the Sunday and Monday prior. I mentioned it to the front desk 4 times. ***there was no DND on my door*** Staff did apologize and make note of it. They did clean our room the Thursday following the Tuesday, perhaps for what they missed. That’s the major complaint. Staff was helpful otherwise. Also, there’s not a lot of variety in terms of food, especially on weekdays. So keep that in mind.

Breakfast was bad

Its cheap for a reason. The owners are cheap and this was honestly such a bad place to stay. The AC didn't work in our room, they switched us to a room that reeked of weed.

Had to go down and get fresh towels daily because they don’t clean rooms everyday. I mean it was fine but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice and I enjoyed my stay overall. The rooms were comfortable and I really didn’t have any major complaints about the property. My only issue was the $20 per day parking fee. I feel like that’s pretty excessive, especially when you’re already paying for the room. They should honestly just include parking or charge one reasonable resort fee instead of adding $20 every single day just to park. Other than the parking situation, it was a good stay.

The property was nice. Breakfast was good but out of most stuff and slow to replace. No coffee maker in the room. Good place for the price.
