Location was the best part Cleaning room service every 3 days, 2 elevators one of which had issues (almost got locked in), breakfast buffet area was tiny and had to wait 30min in line to be able to get anything from the buffet

Comfortable bed View No resort fee. And maybe that’s how they get you. I’d rather pay a resort fee if that meant getting my money’s worth. Zero stars! Never again

Great location . Nice rooms . Breakfast was good The pay at reception limited bar was a bit poor. Also hated watching greedy diners stuff loaves of bread and fruit into their bags to save a few pounds at the parks . They would save money by having staff there stopping this .

Staff was super nice I was put in a part of the hotel that was not renovated, it rained and my room got all wet. AC was in your face and no way ton air out the room, super stuffy. Breakfast was pretty bad.

It was nice and clean. Just what we needed for sleeping since we were mostly in the parks and malls. The breakfast was good, but the restaurant was too cold, couldnt enjoy it. Had to eat fast.

Cleanliness, infrastructure and comfort The water fountains were not working, seemed like they purposely turned off. The water in the washroom smelled like sulfur and wasn’t drinkable. The fountains were fixed after two days
