Ramada Plaza Resort & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Intl Drive

The place was in decent condition, the check in staff was very nice. We needed an extra pillow and basically couldn’t get one because housekeeping said they were leaving for the day in 5 minutes. We went down to the front desk to get one and they said they couldn’t give one because housekeeping had left. So maybe have a way for the other staff to have access to housekeeping items Incase something is needed overnight. Also, the free breakfast buffet was a big let down. Mostly carbs and boiled eggs. The only source of protein was boiled eggs. It was very odd. No bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, etc. The pool area was nice. The rooms were well kept. The carpet seems like it could be replaced and the room had a moldy smell to it. Overall the stay wasn’t bad. Free parking and free breakfast are why we chose this hotel so based on the breakfast, we likely wouldn’t go back there for that.

Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location and overall service were outstanding, and I had a great stay. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit outdated and could use more variety and fresher options. With an improved breakfast, this hotel would be nearly perfect. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a good hotel and is in close proximity to major activities. However, the breakfast fell short. My family is allergic to eggs especially my daughter who has a very bad reaction to eggs. The only protein offered was cold hard boiled eggs. I asked the staff if they would be putting out sausage or bacon or something else and she told me only eggs will be offered. There was bread, small bagels, corn flakes. So if you a breakfast person and have egg allergies bear this in mind.

Super clean

I stayed in a club suite with 2 friends. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom felt clean. There was a big crack in the area where the toilet tank is. The bathtub seem to be a bit dated. The couch in the other room was dirty. The TV's in the room were old and the picture was not too great. We had access to the roof top, which was a nice place to be. The pool was a great temperature and the free pop was a plus. The breakfast room was spacious. The food was okay. There could have been a better fruit selection. One morning I found a moldy orange where the fruit was. The food was plentiful enough the time we were there. The free shuttle was a nice bonus too. The location of the hotel was great and made it easy to access everything we needed.

The staff was amazing our entire stay. The pros, large rooms, lake view was amazing especially sunrises, great location in proximity to why we were in Orlando, the arcade next door (not apart of this property) was a bonus especially with older kids, property was clean, they also had a machine that cleaned the pool every night until it reopened in the morning. The cons, smaller than standard pillows, there never seemed to be any pool towels available to use at the pool, breakfast was just okay no meat and protein included boiled eggs (pre packaged no shell eggs) and plain yogurt, the rest was carbs but we made it work. We did order a few groceries and we did bring other fruits not included in the breakfast to make the yogurt better, bananas for peanut butter/banana sandwiches and/or bananas in the cereal, also try to get to breakfast within the first hour of opening otherwise it's pretty busy we only experienced that 1 out of the 6day stay. I would stay here again, but I would opt for club suites as they have more amenities that would be worth the upgrade, in my opinion.

Pool

The Elevator: The elevator consistently smelled strongly of urine throughout our entire stay. It was highly unpleasant and a major hygiene concern. The Breakfast: The breakfast provided was very low quality. The options were lacking, and what was available did not taste fresh or appealing. Between the terrible smell in the elevator and the poor food quality, I would not recommend staying here until management addresses these basic cleanliness and service standards. Rating: 2/5 stars (or 1/5)

Breakfast at the lakeside eating area was nice, come early for good seating next to the lake. The club level room was spacious and clean. Overall our stay was very good. Its a budget hotel, so we were not surprised by the broken vending machines. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, location and amenities. It's very good for the cost!!

Overall Structure Housekeeping only in a couple days, staff not so kind

The overal place was decent. I asked at the booking stage for an accessible room on the newer side, since my parents are older, and had some trouble getting into the tub. I had to pay per package.... can you guys do fried eggs one day instead of always boiled?

The tv didn’t work the full three nights I was there and I was told if I move to another room it will still be like that ! They told me use my phone !

Location close to everything Breakfast VERY limited not many choices at all. Elevators stopped working twice. I was stuck in the elevator, very scary. My room had to be changed because TV was not working. Good location.

Everything was amazing, since the welcoming until the checkout, highly recommeded

Nothing Staff

The room was fine and the view was good but there’s not much storage in the room and no bathroom trashcan. Elevators broke down at least once a day sometimes both down at once and we had to run down 7 flights of stairs. Stayed a week and housekeeping only came twice both times at 5pm when we were winding down and just swapped towels with us. Cats and raccoons hanging around the dumpster by the car lot. Don’t think I’d stay here again
