The facility was exceptional clean spotless staff was very pleasant also the location was great everything was closed post of activities. I don’t have anything I dislike

Bathroom water leaked constantly onto the floor during the stay and caused an awful smell

The location was perfect for our stay, we were only there 1 night so can't comment on most of the facilities available.

The property is old, but it is clean. All we needed was a clean room and bathroom fir a park trip to Universal.

I love the Rosen brand and will always recommend people in town to stay there . My only issue was the housekeeper said she was only doing towels and trash during my entire week long stay. I used the 24 hour store downstairs a few time and even went on a little gold duck hunt while on property. Thank you to the amazing front desk staff and especially Georgina who made my stay very personable and reminded me of why I chose the Rosen brand, friendly unwavering professionalism that really makes it feel like a second home. I will definitely be booking and returning soon.

I made the mistake of booking a budget hotel to try and make my trip as economical as possible, but you get what you pay for. Upon check in, it was obvious that this hotel was old and dated, but at the price point what more could you expect. We weren’t planning to spend much time in the hotel anyway, just to sleep, so we thought it would be fine as long as it was clean. The first night we noticed some small bugs that appeared to be fruit flies, but we didn’t make a big deal about it. The second night we returned to find cockroaches in our bathroom and were horrified. I immediately notified the front desk and asked to check out. My son has a rare auto immune disease, and the unsanitary conditions when cockroaches are present in your living environment could be detrimental to his health, so I knew we couldn’t stay there any longer. The front desk didn’t seem concerned, stating that this is normal in Florida, and they recommended another room, and they would inspect the new room because they know where to look for cockroaches. I advised that we would like to check out and would find another hotel, to which I was advised that I wouldn’t get my money back for that night because it was too late, and had I found the cockroaches before 9pm I would have received a refund. I left anyway, and walked to another hotel in the middle of the night with my son and all our luggage, as there was no way I was risking his health. Lesson learned with this one. Stay far away from this place.
