Plaza Suites On International Drive Near Universal Epic

Breakfast had only one kind of protein. There was only one very slow toaster. We were woke up at 11:00 p.m. to ask if we paid our deposit. There were no utentials,cups,silverware and pots or pans for kitchen. Ice machine was on only two floors which we could not access with the room key. There were bugs in the bathroom. There was no bedding for couch bed. The store was permanently closed. The soda machine had hot sodas.

How the shower takes forever to produce hot water and when it did it was luke warm! which is pretty still pretty cold for me because I'd love to have a hot shower! also the knob was pretty hard to turn and would require a certain amount of force to move! We brought it up to the maintenace guy who at the time was fixing the bedroom tv cable (which also wasn't working when we arr8ved and got fixed after multiple calls) and he said he'll fix it while we are outside. We came back and it didn't seem it got fixed at all. Also, blankets have to be requested and was not a staple. Idk. I always thought blanket has always to be part of how hotels( or motels) should make their beds. I'd get if this is probably some other cheap motels, but its not. It was actually my 2nd time coming because the 1st one had been great and I dont remember having these issues. They probably made some changes with up keeping this hotel.

Very central, clean, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Personal was not always very friendly, there were not unfriendly either.

The breakfast wasn’t great but it was something to grab.

Location, cleanliness One TV never turn on.

Clean, convenient Advertised as two Queen sized, but was two full sized beds. Not happy, was told no mgr at location to speak with. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The location The bed was hard. The fire alarm starting beeping around 3 am the first night, the ice machine on the floor didn't work, they clean the room every 3 days, and the shower leaked water over the floor with every shower. The employees seemed short staffed and stressed.

I really liked the main floor area, it’s definitely where they’ve done all of the remodeling. The rooms could definitely use some remodeling they’re pretty dated

The aesthetics that was in the lobby The room was very warned. It didn’t feel warm and cozy. The carpet was dirty.

Elevators was broken had to walk down the staircase, I'm handicapped.

Staff rudeness and all around morale was awful by staff. Other incidents. Never coming back to this brand nor will family and friends.

The hotel rooms were larger than other ones for a very good price. The location was excellent The listing said it had a hot breakfast, but it really barely had any breakfast options. We stayed here before when they had the full hot breakfast and it was great. They need to bring that back
