Plaza Suites On International Drive Near Universal Epic

The hotel rooms were larger than other ones for a very good price. The location was excellent The listing said it had a hot breakfast, but it really barely had any breakfast options. We stayed here before when they had the full hot breakfast and it was great. They need to bring that back

Toom lobby, breakfast. Check in , the person who did the Check in for us was umpolite i feel like she wasn't enjoying her Job , I told her that that I was there couple of time and she don't even said oh welcome back is a pleasure to have you back,

Very good. Large rooms. With half kitchen. They have a nice rooftop and they also do all u can drink. Pretty awesome

Also for about 2 to 3 hours, the elevators were broken so anytime we wanted to leave the 10th floor. We would have to call down to the office and they would have to send somebody to come get us in the service elevator. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was a long black hairs in the shower how gross I don’t have long hair

Someone had changed our booking at the hotel 's end from the 17th to the 18th meaning we had no room on arrival, even though my paperwork was correct One elevator was out of order and the pancake machines were switched off on the Saturday morning

The TVs were old; you couldn't watch anything because they would start cutting. They wouldn't come and do room cleaning; there was only one elevator functioning at the time, so the waiting time to go to the room was long. The front desk wasn't very friendly, and at breakfast, not everything was working.

Location was great. Hotel lobby was nice but rooms needed some upgrades. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was disappointing. By 9:00 a.m., many items were gone, and the staff was often rude when asked about refills. The hotel was very crowded, with long lines in the breakfast area.

Nothing The facilities offer nothing; everything is private, and you have to pay to use the pool, gym, etc. As for breakfast, they only offer boiled eggs—there is no variety considering the price.

Location It was not clean. Kitchen had a cockroach infestation.

The air conditioner took two days to cool off the room. Their VIP area was a joke. There’s nobody up there attending it. The pool is like 9 x 9. you literally have to use your key every five seconds to do anything.
