Plenty of room in the bedrooms, clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and plenty of ice machines and washing machines. The breakfast was ok, location was alright, not many shops near by and expensive to Uber to Disneyland but not to the fault of the hotel. You need to bring coins for vending machines and washing machines, they don’t swap cash. You also need to bring or go buy washing liquid as they don’t sell.

I loved the location of the hotel When my husband, son and I got to our room, everything looked fine at first. We went to call the front desk to get more toilet paper and towels and you couldn't use the phone due to the phone line being sliced and raw wires hanging out. When you used the bathroom sink the cold water faucet leaked all over the counter and the shower head was all clogged up. We told the front desk about all this, they had someone come up to our room and look it all over, then proceeded to tell us they would send someone up the following day to fix it all and do housekeeping while we were gone at disney. We got up early and had breakfast the following morning and left for the day. When we returned to the hotel around 9:30pm we expected to walk into our room and have had the problems in our room fixed and housekeeping to be done but nothing had been touched like they said it would be. We did not expect perfection but when we stayed there for a week and got a club level suite, we expected the problems that they were aware of to be fixed like they said they would be, especially when we paid the money we did to stay there. We were only offered housekeeping once while we were there, they waited till our last day to offer it by the way. Our stay was from Friday Aug 21st to Friday Aug 28th so there was plenty of time for them to fix what they should have and send housekeeping. If my husband and I did not ask for the towels and toilet paper then we would have never gotten them. This hotel has a good location but the service and the follow through are not there.

Perfect location. The worst breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Boiler eggs and toast technically. Does it! Ahh a couple of small blank pancakes. Please don’t get this hotel because the breakfast is included. Just location is good. Also you have not access to the terrace top floor pool if you have not an upgrade room at level up club something like!!

Price Nothing

The club level here is a must! The private roof terrace is great along with the added bonus of the drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Rooms were spacious for a family of four. The breakfast was poor, not a lot of options and be prepared to queue.

Laundry facilities Large Room Kids loved the pancakes Dated interior we thought it had been refurbished, smelt a little of stale cigarettes The Shower didn't have a removable hose The pillows were not comfortable too flimsy No gluten free breakfast available apart from fruit. This really was upsetting. They Should keep individually wrapped cereals or muffins.
