The worst place ever

It was a frustrating experience in a hotel in north America. The property has many issues and needs to be closed and fully renovate. Shower drain clogged, rotten bed sheets, mold smells, etc.

The breakfast was terrible.

There wasn’t any tissue or wash cloths and towels there was only less than half roll of tissue and one dry towel

Los cuartos tenian cucarachas. La ducha no bajaba. Tenia olor a humedad. Lo mas preocupante eran las cucarachas.

Only the body wash Cockroaches in the room and not to clean A lot of dust

I wouldn’t recommend even if they offer a free stay. Overall not pleasant stay.

Nothing First off I booked this online for 2 nights. I checked in and paid the $100 deposit. When I got to the room there was a distinct smell of mold. I went to the front desk to cancel reservation and they said I had to cancel through booking com. So I proceeded with that. Booking.com informed me that the property would be receiving the email to confirm cancellation. I've called the property 3 times and every time they tell me that they can't access the email that only management does that. And that their only contact through management is through email. So I got the managements email and wrote to them. Still no response. This is going on 8 days and still no attempt to contact me. I have been charged for 2 days and the deposit and no refund has been processed.

This is a low budget option for people that don’t mind certain details or just a place to sleep. The resting experience is ok, the employees are great people but the hotel needs to renovate showers and make guests feel comfortable and safe.
