I would not say if they pay you extra for a poolside room that is not in front of the pool and the service does not work over there by the backside of the hotel at all and the front desk thinks it is funny that it does not work and they’re not concerned about fixing the price or offer new room won’t be staying here any longer

I paid extra to be in the back by the pool and the Wi-Fi services do not work in the front and the desk front people Leah was well aware and all the other residents on that side of the building said the Wi-Fi does not work. I’m very disappointed. I could not get any of my work Due to them having false advertising about Wi-Fi connection included, and also the managers upfront or any help. Michael relate to me that he does not speak English never will be staying here again.

I like the service and the hospitality. The internet connection was not optimal for the time that we were staying.

The rooms have a strong humidity smell. The pool was unuseful. Breakfast horrible 😫

It’s really close to the convention center The rooms need a lot of upgrades to the maintenance. Tiles were cracked in the shower, it needs regrouted, barely any water pressure, walls are thin, the mini fridge didn’t work, mirror not long enough to go over the sink, no counter space in bathroom, toilet paper holder so far back you have to twist unnaturally to reach it, very small and rough towels that can barely go around a person body

The location it’s perfect Don’t expect a real breakfast, it’s more just coffee and cereal. Also, The air conditioner makes a lot of unusable noises

Room smelled like mold , mold all over the bathroom doors and bathroom . Breakfast was awful no butter or cream cheese for bagels . Had to wait about 30 minutes to check in there was nobody In the front desk . About more than 10 ppl waiting outside to check in as well .

Location, clean, affordable Shower water was not hot. It was warm but the water from the sink was scorching hot. A little backwards, don’t you think.

The hotel is poorly maintained. The room bed had hairs and found a tick or similar animal in the bed. I asked the ladies to change the sheets by the time I return to the room and they never went. I was given a different room. The breakfast was poorly and the smell in the breakfast room was not pleasant.

Overall I would never stay here again. The only good point was the fact there wasn't any bugs. The room was dirty, with sticky surfaces. Found used soap bars in the shower. The shower drain pan was cracked and filled with caulking making it feel like you were going to fall through the floor.

The room was not clean, the toilet was not flushing, the shower was no draining no hot water and the tv was not working

The room was ok but the hot water doesnt automatically come on u have to turn on the hot water in the sink to get the hot water in the shower on . In my opinion for a hotel being in the heart of the tourist attractions this place is very ghetto.
