Excellent service and great location

Que pasen a limpiar los cuartos a diario y la seguridad en los predios fue decepcionante porque dos noches de la estadía habían personas discutiendo en los alrededores y no pudimos descansar

Location No bathing towels. Had to get them

We checked out as early as possible. First room they put us in was disgusting and not clean. The second room they put us in was not clean. The shower floor was so bad we decided to avoid showering in it. Both toilets were nasty. Walls had mold. Floors were disgusting. Property says “breakfast is included” but only had bread and cereal with no milk. The only plus about this hotel was the location, but would never stay at this hotel again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Chanced the room 4 times. Will not recommend to anyone. Not worth the price. Pictures are deceiving.

Location Eventhough it was a non smoking building and rooms. Everytime whe had smell mirihuana smoke. Room was not clean and towels are disgusting thin and full of spots and hair

The shower are horrible

The room was clean, staff were excellent, they treated me perfect. Air conditioning was perfect. I have no complaints about anything.

Breakfast options limited

Te piden un fee de 300 como cobertura por si rompes algo pero eso no lo decia Expedia por tanto y demas es culpa de Expedia no del hotel te lo devuelven si no rompes nada. Por lo demas bien esta muy cerca de todo y el personal muy atento.
