Suburban Studios International Drive

The sheets on the bed were dirty. The shower made a loud noise when you turned it on like it was screaming at you. The light in the bathroom flickered on and off until it decided it was done. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. There were no tissues. The air conditioning did not work. We checked in at 2:30am and were exhausted so we just dealt with this horrible hotel until we checked out and left and could go home and shower.

You get what you pay for. First they send me to a room that was already occupied. Room smelled bad and really noise ac. If you really wanna save money it's OK but it's not worth it due to the highway noise.

Exceptional if you wanted a low-budget stay!

The hotel itself could us a little love, but it’s alright. Bed was comfortable enough, staff is friendly. I felt safe there,

We arrived around 10 p.m. and found only one employee on duty, with a line at the front desk. She was kind and did everything she could to help; my complaint is about the hotel, not her. The first room looked nothing like the listing photos and smelled strongly of mold. I have allergic rhinitis and started itching almost immediately. We were moved through four rooms. One, supposedly new, had mold across the ceiling and a musty air conditioner. Another was under renovation and full of dust. The fourth had the same mold and AC problems. By then it was past midnight. The employee apologized and agreed to refund us, but we had nowhere else to check in, so we stayed until morning and left early for another hotel. During the night, we woke up itching and found bites about eight on my wife and five on me. They looked like flea bites, though we can’t confirm the insect. This was frightening and unacceptable.

Beds were decent, room ok, everything worked alright, sad they don't have stoppers for the tub to take a bath but other than that. It was a good stay!

Good renovations Staff is always good

The hotel was perfect for the price with a clean room and a quiet time. The parking lot was a little sketchy with people just hanging out in their cars all night. But overall a great stay and I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit this area on a budget

Stores are nearby, the accommodation is relatively cheap, the bed is comfortable It could have been cleaner, the location didn’t feel that safe.

Rooms were not well maintained and the bathrooms were full of black spots all over the tub and ceiling. Ceiling had visible water damage. Not all the rooms were stocked with towels or toilet paper. We had to buy our own towels and toilet to use.

Stay here every other week for work at Universal staff are all great and helpful still would like if they had Universal employee discount but not a price changer the morning person is good she remember me by name after the 1st time

She was exceptionally helpful, extremely attentive, and ensured I had absolutely everything I needed throughout my visit. El cuarto estuvo bien! Le faltaban detalles de limpieza y olor pero en general para el precio y ubicación estuvo bien. Volvería.
