I didn't like one thing pictures look nothing like the property Don't be fooled by the pictures! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the property and room felt unsanitary and completely unacceptable for a paying guest. When I entered the room, it honestly looked like it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. The microwave was dirty, the kitchen counters had not been wiped down, the towels did not appear clean, and the comforters also looked like they had not been properly washed or changed. Most concerning, I noticed bugs on the mattress, which immediately made me uncomfortable staying or sleeping in the room. The environment outside of the room was also disturbing. Shortly after receiving my room keys, I encountered a man who had his genitals exposed. At that point, between the cleanliness issues and what I had witnessed on the property, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, especially while pregnant. I immediately brought my concerns to the staff and explained that I wanted a refund because I was not comfortable staying under these conditions. Instead of being understanding or attempting to professionally resolve the situation, the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and argumentative with me about my refund request. I did not feel that the room was sanitary or that the environment was appropriate for me to stay in. I should not be expected to pay for accommodations that I could not reasonably use because of the condition of the room and property. I am requesting a full refund for this stay.

Rude and very unclean room

Stayed there for 10/11 hrs before canceling my 4 day stay and going to another hotel/resort down the road for lesser price. From arrival intake staff was rude and sarcastic, not friendly or welcoming at all. When we entered our room it was to our surprise that it looked nothing at all like the posted pictures. Also the floor was still dirty both with dirt and like something had spilled. The beds were on free rolling wheels so when we would get in bed it would roll or sitting up against the makeshift wall/backboard it would roll the bed forward. The fellow patrons outside were also rude/disrespectful which although that doesn’t fall under the hotel directly, the fact they were being able to sit outside drinking and smoking green while conversing loudly was annoying. Final straw was the construction/remodeling going on directly in-front of and under our room which woke us up after a long drive and checking in after midnight the barely any sleep was just to much negative to stay. We promptly contacted our travel agency who refunded our stay and deposit so we could move the reservation to another hotel down the road. Just beware if your looking for a place to just crash for the night not a care in the world then great place/price for that but if your looking for a family vacation stay as we were then stay away from here.

The location is good , bed was comfortable. Overnight staff was kinda lost when I checked in .

The location is excellent. Full size refrigerator was nice. There is a stove top but you need to bring your own pans if you intend to use them. The only downside is the mattresses are way past their prime and need replacing. The considerable dip was very uncomfortable and left me with back pain as if I slept in a hammock.
