Loved everything check in however they need more staff

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast choice good location. Rooms cleaned and towls changed daily.

Better cleaning of the bathroom in the room

Good area. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We only stayed one night the bed was comfortable from what I can tell the room is very clean check in was easy I will stay again next time I'm there

A very beautiful and clean hotel, the place and staffs were great, it was very clean and breakfast was phenomenal! I will go back again.

Booked a room with a king sized bed through Expedia. Checked in fine but once I got into the room it was actually 2 full sized beds. Called down to reception to have this fixed and was told they were sold out of what I booked and that was all they had. The clerk didn’t tell me this when I was checking in. Annoying because it was not what I booked online and I would have liked to know prior. Otherwise, stay was fine. Clean rooms and free breakfast was yummy. Check in and check out was easy.

The hotel is excellent and clean, breakfast is good ,room is big and have a wide space.price is affordable ,the area is accessible to the tourist place likeuniversal studio and others ,also to the airport is near.I recomend this hotel.

I can’t complain about this hotel, the staff are so helpful, breakfast is good, room is clean and the bed so comfortable, is quiet and they provide shuttle bus.

from the front desk till the hot tub and the breakfast and the parking lot and the beds and the room - Excellent for the price i paid to spend 1 night with my children. THis was such a blessing. From now onwards I will stay at Holiday Inn again. My children and I love the hot tub at 9.30pm.
