My favorite family hotel

Had a wonderful stay here with my kids. It was a fun time .

Was not a fan .

The hot tub was hot, too hot. Then again it was 101° outside.. beautiful, clean pools. Great stuff.. they played with all the kids & danced at party.. they were great with the kids, couldn't have been happier with the staff.. My son is begging to come back next year. Facility was very clean. Would 100% recommend!!

Everything was excellent. I have no complaints.

Super fun. Wifi wasn't the best. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Very family friendly. It would be nice if the water park opened earlier. Overall, great experience.

Por favor cuando vas a hacer el check-in hay una persona enfrente que intenta vender unos tour a cambio de una tarjeta de regalo de 120 , y tienes que poner un depósito de 75 , no se dejen convencer que no hay posibilidad de cancelar te hacen literal ir obligado es a 30 minutos del hotel y el tour dura mas de los 90 minutos porque te intentan vender estancia en el hotel y la gif card es solo para gastar en e l hotel , ella te engaña de q puedes usar en tickes de parques es mentiraaaaaaa todo. Disfruten sus vacaciones y no pierdan 4 horas ( entre tour e ida y vuelta)por 120 dolares

Loved the hotel minus the fact that u have to pay to park. Loves the daily housekeeping too!!!

It was convenient to have the waterpark there and the rooms were nice size. I didn’t like that. There was no desks or punctuality amongst the room that we had. We were there for eight days and they only clean the room the one the day we asked, and that was after we found a German cockroach on the floor. I’m not stupid then I know good and well that there are a bunch of bugs in Florida due to the humidity and dampness of everything, but I have to wonder if there would be less likely have a chance that I would’ve ran into one had the room continuously been cleaned.

Front desk was very helpful and professional, Property was clean and well maintained, could have another restaurant and a lazy river would be great. My kids had a wonderful time.

Had a blast

Great place to stay! Conor was the best at the front desk. We were stuck on our plane for a couple hours due to storms. I called the front desk and Conor was willing to get my Walmart delivery and bring it to our room and even put the milk in the fridge. Great customer service!

Everything was perfect, we stayed 4nights and 5 days we had an amazing time. Recommend.

I was a little hesitant due to the reviews and different opinions people have shared, but we had a wonderful vacation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The arcade was a little pricey but the staff there were absolutely wonderful. We received a card they passed out for double the play time. The attendant was so sweet and staff members at the desk were great with the kids. The waterpark was a huge hit. I remember reading reviews, that said they turned the water off at times for no reason. But my rebuttal to that is that lightening and storms in Florida are no joke. That being said we encountered that during our stay and the staff were doing their jobs to keep everyone safe. I felt that all in all they kept going when it was safe to do so. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is wanting to have a nice family vacation. I can tell you, that we will definitely be back. I also highly recommend the breakfast buffet add on if given the option. The food was a large variety of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal with different toppings, coffee- espresso options and on. Juices, milk, hot tea, hot chocolate. I could go on and on. Absolutely wonderful experience, the kids didn't want to go, and honestly I didnt want to either. We will be back.

The hotel is in a convenient location, but it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. I expected more based on the price. The rooms and facilities could use some updates, and the overall experience didn’t match my expectations. It’s an okay place for a short stay, but I don’t think it’s worth the cost.
