I booked this on a last-minute trip through Orlando and I received a great price from Expedia plus the room and the location was great where I loved about it is that the pool area closes at 11 o’clock and the restaurant that’s there by the pool closes at 10:30. Staff was helpful. It was a quick check-in. They helped me out and allowed me to do a later checkout. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Everything about my stay was superb clean rooms and surroundings. Housekeeping although we only used them for full service twice out of our 11 days stay came by everyday offering services whether it was to clean or bring fresh towels. My one disappointment would be that the Tower Cafe was not open everyday not sure why as it was advertised to be open everyday during specific hours. Overall I enjoyed my stay have been staying at Avanto for several years now and this was the first time under Whyndam umbrella and I definitely will be back again.

Bed was comfortable After checking in and unpacking my bags, we went out. When we returned, we realized the door was open; it wouldn't lock. I immediately called the front desk to report the door issue and mention that the smoke detector was missing from the ceiling; I also needed extra blankets. The receptionist said he would send someone to fix it. Twenty minutes passed with no one showing up, so I called again; this time, I was told someone would be sent with keys to a different room. That person came to my room and—without any courtesy, greeting, or apology for the situation—handed me the key cards for the new room. The replacement room smelled musty and had water stains on the ceiling; the TV was broken (with a line running down the middle of the screen), and not all the lamps worked. The toilet was leaking from the back, and the bathroom smelled of urine. I called the front desk to report this, and they said they would send someone, but that person never arrived. I had to go to the front desk myself to get the extra blankets. The blankets—if you could even call them that, given their poor quality—weren't clean, so we couldn't use them. Whenever I encountered a staff member, no one ever greeted me—no "good morning" or "good afternoon." I never felt welcome. At checkout, there was no one at the front desk except a man who told me the employee hadn't arrived yet (it was 10:30 AM); he asked for my key cards and said my deposit would be refunded. There was no "good morning" or "thank you for staying with us." It was a totally disappointing stay.Also, the whole property smelled like Marijuana...No a good place to go with kids definitely..

The pool area was amazing the room was clean the hotel is very nice the bathroom needs an update. That's the only issue I have.
