Cleaning is not done. Only they give towels and breakfast is a joke. It’s just three options and that too all ready to eat just heated

The room was clean, the pool area was nice and the food was reasonably priced.

The location was close to everything. The only thing that I didn't like about this visit was the quiet time became a party time. Other quest were loud to the point where I had to call the front desk.

Everything you need for a great stay. We stay at those location anytime we are in Orlando.

They definitely need to hire more staff, checking in was ONE person in front. BARtender never looked our way (not busy). Pool bar wasn’t opened both nights I went out. No free breakfast included.

The front desk staff was rigid on check in times. When I inquired about a luggage room to store belongings until check in she said something about the room being locked in another tower and would have to get a key, blah blah. So I kept luggage at pool while my husband’s conference was in session and until front desk allowed check in. Upon checkout I located the luggage room behind front desk with plenty of stored luggage. Seemed to be an issue with the pronunciation of check in hour/time. She clearly said what I thought was two but turned out to be other time. Beds so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep. First and last time at a Wyndham property!

The room was dirty it had a leak and the whole hotel needs an overhaul!! The pool area was nice everything else SUPER OUTDATED!!

The rooms in the number blocks reminded me of a motel room. I requested to be switched due to a door malfunction & I was accommodated immediately which was great. Our new room was bigger yet the bathtub had chips & holes that were sloppily covered. The only thing that’s updated was the tv but that also wasn’t guaranteed because the channel would randomly chip in and out. We booked a room with free breakfast. To get it, we had to get a voucher for each day at the front desk but at check in that wasn’t told to us so we had to learn the hard way. The pool was fun but the cleanliness of it wasn’t the best. I did love that they gave us free trolley pass & shuttles to theme parks. I also loved that they had an arcade (which is small but entertaining) & pool tables. The location of the hotel was the best part. It was in arms reach for everything souvenir shops, restaurants amusement etc.

The pool closes at 10pm but it is also the only area to really sit anywhere outside. so that's a problem. Ice machines aren't available or working on each floor.

Location and hotel were perfect

All I can say is I am very glad the room price was cheap, but you get what you pay for. No remote in the room had to wait 3 hours for one and only because I called for a second time. No microwave in the room and on check out they told us it was supposed to have one? Clearly staff does not pay attention to details important for the stay, eating cold food is not ideal and microwaves are not offered in the lobby or front desk. Elevators? Hot and VERY SLOW. Overall would we stay at this property again? NO. We hope in the future when we stay with Wyndham it does not disappoint as this property did. On a positive note breakfast was good and staff at the marketplace were extremely kind and accommodating. Therefore, stay if you wish. We have traveled plenty this year and stayed at many different types of properties and locations and by far this is the weakest of them all.

Didn’t hate it. Wasn’t amazing. Decent value and ok location. Pool would have been nicer if they cleaned/ vacuumed it.
