The staff were extremely sweet. Still waiting on a refund from the property, it had black mold and the room had cock roaches in the bathroom.

The pool The room was humid. The window curtains were dirty. The first room we received smell like cigarettes.

We had to walk to the hotel. The room was not like the pictures on the site. The bathroom curtain was too short for the tub and water got all over the floor, shared that with the same staff member when I checked out and her response was ' that's their problem. I will not stay at this hotel or would recommend anyone to stay. Only good thing, another staff member (elderly lady) held our luggage until we were so we can go and get something to eat off campus.

The pool is great and one of the pools in the areas that actually close later which is great. Food is actually pretty good at the cafe. Just wish the arcade inside was open 24 hours. Rooms were clean and spacious!

We stayed in “the tower”. Looks run down. Our room, while clean, needs a makeover. Lots of wear and tear. The reception area, pool and surroundings was clean and well maintained. My room didn’t have a tv remote. I guess someone needed it. We stayed 3 nights and what I didn’t like was that 2x while in the room, 1 being at 5pm and another on the last day at 9:30am, a woman just opened the door. First time caught be by surprise and when she saw me she asked if we needed towels. The 2nd time I got angry. The website and room state you need to request if you want cleaning service. I didn’t request to have my room cleaned at any point. Why is someone coming in hours before my check out time. At checkout i mentioned that and the told me they now clean the rooms everyday. Conflicting info. Besides the difference in times and the fact i didn’t see a cleaning cart made me dislike my stay.
