Staff awesome as always. Very friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean but they used a little to much of the perfumed cleaner and was very strong smelling. TV worked but the connection did not. No big deal. Front desk offered to exchange rooms but it was not necessary. She comped us breakfast that was delicious. This was our 4th stay here and we always enjoy it. Oh the pool was fantastic.

Amazing stay! This was our first home in the USA, as we stayed there for one month when we first moved to this country. We loved the atmosphere and the friendly, professional staff who took such great care of us. We will definitely come back next time. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! The manager, Alex, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Also, a big thank you to the ladies at the reception, Bruce, and all the other staff who looked after us. You guys are amazing! Best wishes, and thank you again for making our first month in the USA so special.

Clean and simple yet comfortable No elevators

Overall, this was a pretty decent stay. I was able to walk to attractions and it was within close driving distance of my main reason for coming to Orlando. I would definitely book this hotel again.
