The property manager who I saw for both days at the front desk was very nice and friendly. It was nice and quiet. I would definitely come here again.

This hotel has everything you need and offers great value for money. The rooms are very comfortable, and the location is perfect if you’re visiting the Universal parks. The staff were also very nice, friendly, and attentive. Overall, a great stay! Nothing really.

Make sure that all the rooms are maintained properly with monthly control inspections because both rooms had many problems and issues that made my experience poorly, which was sad cause this was the first time that I tried a Different hotel, literally om the side is a hotel Wyndham by I drive, that is way better and about the same price range.

Good get what u pay for, nice looking rooms, good location. Breakfast was actually great. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel that doesn’t look ghetto and seems like you payed more , this is it. lol dirty pool but no big deal

Jewel in the rough. Great hotel ! Clean,modern and conveniently located . Comfortable mattresses, mini fridge, microwave, safe… great water pressure.. I hope I named it all. Stay here. You’ll love it!

While the hotel offers a convenient location close to Universal, my stay was marred by a lack of basic attention to detail: Inoperable headboard outlets: The built-in plugs by the bed had no power, which was inconvenient for charging devices overnight. Dirty towels: We found that several of the towels placed in the bathroom were visibly soiled. Reliable power outlets and fresh, clean towels are standard hotel essentials. I hope management addresses these upkeep and housekeeping oversights for future guests.

The room was clean comfortable and recently renovated. Pool was clean, facilities and popcorn in the evening was so nice for the kids Nothin everything was great

El Hotel me encantó, el personal muy atento y excelente….Jesus y Alex muy atentos….pero tengan en cuenta que el Hotel no cuenta con ascensores por si van con maletas, pedir un cuarto del 1er piso
