Hotel Monreale Express International Drive Orlando

Room was clean. The shuttle to the parks was perfect. For universal, it leaves the hotel at 8:45 am and picks you up at the park at 6pm. It only goes to the City Walk, but you can catch a transfer from there to go to Epic and Volcano Bay. Perfect base camp with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Check-in was fast, well explained, and easy. The receptionist was friendly and concise. We found the room to be clean and adequate except for the low water pressure in the shower. We also had to go to the 4th floor for ice because the ice machine on the first floor was out of order. The parking lot filled up on Saturday and we had to park far, almost all the way on other end of hotel, because someone without a handicap tag parked in the handicapped parking area near our room. We used the pool area clean and the water was warm. Check out was also quick and easy. No extra charges. Overall, decent stay and we would stay again if necessary.

The staff was very nice. Joseph helped me with extending my stay and he was so polite. The rates are very good to be so close to Universal Studios.

To top it all off, breakfast isn’t even included, which is disappointing considering the price. Between the lack of basic amenities, poor maintenance, and uncomfortable accommodations, I definitely would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are clean but dated. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. We had the worst sleep at this hotel because it was loud. The beds aren’t comfortable either. We won’t ever stay here again. We got it on a deal but I’ve done that before and had better sleep and amenities. The only plus we saw was that it was close to universal hotels so we could walk back and forth from there for the shuttle. Otherwise we don’t recommend.

check in was quick and easy, friendly staff and answered all my questions. Room was clean and had all we needed, AC was very cold and perfect for July weather. Parking wasnt an issue for us as we took the shuttle to the parks, but coming back near 11pm, the lot was full, something to keep in mind if you are planning to return late to the hotel. Ice machine broken. washers and dryers worked well, a coin machine would have been convinient.

The hotel is well-located for the mall, restaurants, and theme parks.
