Pool closes at 6 pm because it turns into a restaurant reservation only don’t you dare show up in shorts and T-shirt they will chase you away like you’re some kind of peasant .. as soon as you walk in the whole place smells like curry and onions disgusting the smell never goes away

Very clean, close to all attractions and friendly staff. I only have two complaints. Pool is on the roof top and closes at 6pm then the restaurant opens at that time. Parking lot is very small and you have to park in a different lot if you get back to your room in time. Other than that, I would given the hotel 5 stars.

Amazing stay! Walking distance to many locations

There is an Hindu restaurant in the lobby and the smell of their spices is all over the lobby. I understand that is cultural thing. But we were not aware and unfortunately we do not like that smell. Beside that the hallways has this funky smell. They try to cover with air fresheners but still. My wife did not like either smell. Then, do not get a balcony room. Unless you can get 4 floor and above. We got the first floor balcony and you have one beautiful view of an industrial garbage container and it’s fragrance. The combination of garbage and spices makes the first floor balcony not a very nice sitting area. Parking lot is another problem. They got more rooms that parking lot I guess. Their parking lot gets full in a second and you have to park in an empty parking lot 2 building block down. Now. If you were able to walk properly and do not mind the walk fine. But if you can not walk well and the handicap spots are full there is a problem. I really dislike that. Any ways, The cleaning crews are amazing and the little coffee shop personnel make your days. Now that you know my experience. Before booking this hotel Housbands make sure your wife reads and understands all the comments before booking .

Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. One of my favorite parts was the shower—it was absolutely amazing! It felt like a spa experience with great water pressure and plenty of room to relax. The rooftop is definitely a vibe! Whether you’re enjoying the views, relaxing with friends, or just taking in the atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to unwind. It really adds something special to the overall experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Between the outstanding customer service, the clean and comfortable rooms, the convenient valet parking, and the amazing rooftop atmosphere, I can’t recommend this place enough. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to my next visit!

The property needed a little upkeep.

It’s was really nice the lobby is a good spot to chill and the second floor too the rooms were nice and everything was clean

I booked two nights at this hotel, upon arrival I discovered my room to be dirty, the bathroom was not disinfected, toilet not flushed and beds weren't made. After a room change the new room I was given had an incredibly strong mold smell coming from the AC unit, due to being very late and pure exhaustion from traveling my children and I slept for a few hours before complaining of the mildew smell which got stronger over time. I asked to not be charged for the second night but the manager who was incredibly rude and disrespectful denied it. The rest of the premises filthy just like the service!

Lobby staff was extremely pleasant. Loved the pool table in lobby and lounge areas.

The room we were in definitely had an unpleasant smell, but nothing was dirty. When our room was cleaned, they only did one bed and left the other untouched, which was odd and a little annoying. They also ran out of washcloths on our last night there so I had to bathe my child and myself with hand towels, again, annoying. The TV's picture also went in and out the last two nights of our stay. Overall it wasn't a terrible stay because it's close to everything, but we don't plan on ever staying there again.

I have 5 charges to my card and they couldn’t explain why, originally I was suppose to be paying a little over 4 something but it was more than what it said when I booked.

I thought that the $60 early check in fee was a bit much. They don’t have luggage carts. I got to my room and it had a moist smell. I realized that there was a leak in the ceiling after one of my bags were soaked. I reported the leak and had to request a new room. They did not offer a new room but did honor my request quickly. The property is not really maintained properly. The pool/rooftop restaurant was subpar. The staff was not that welcoming. The hallways were really hot. My experience overall was underwhelming.

I’m going to be very honest about this place……I didn’t like it at all. The floors were dirty as if they swept the floor in one area for 5 mins and left …and on top of that it’s like as if they never mopped in their lives. You have to order bars of soap from room service rather it being completely available to you as soon as you walk in the door, not to mention you have to order the cheap iron with iron board the same way too….you even have to order trash bags which should be set inside the trash can already. The iron was so cheap it ruined me and my gf’s outfit for my very special night with her…. One of the worst things about this place is the towels and customer service, I found pieces of hair AND dark brown spots (I don’t even want to know where it came from) on the towels before I even got to use it. Last but not least, I had a lady at front desk show pick and choose energy on my first day ….wasnt very welcoming to me but was much welcoming to others after me as if I looked at her or spoke to her wrong. The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to universal studios and they provide a free shuttle there. We’re probably never returning here again.
