My stay was so Inconvenient. I had troubles with my room. I had to switch rooms. Rooms were smelly. Wet sheets. It was nothing but a disaster.

Conveniently located just a 6-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from Universal Studios, this hotel is an excellent choice for couples, solo travelers, or a girls’ or guys’ trip. The property features two restaurants, including an Indian restaurant conveniently located next to the lobby, as well as a rooftop nightlife venue—perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the evening without having to go far.

Overall, the cleanliness of the property was unacceptable, and the lack of timely assistance made the experience even worse. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property based on my experience.

The room is not clean, the room is very clammy. Towels in the room all have hairs on it, as well as the bed sheet. We decided to change to another hotel for the rest of our trip. Not recommended!

The room was impeccably clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally attentive. The location was absolutely perfect, with everything conveniently nearby. Kala, the rooftop bar and lounge, was truly delightful. We will most certainly be returning.
