Will I stay again? Yes

This is my second time staying there. They are VERY strict about your 4 pm check-in time. If you’re even a little early, you’re out of luck without paying a high fee. Then when I got to the room, it had a terrible odor. A bit like body odor, maybe? Unpleasant. We had the buffet in the lobby restaurant and it was not good. Maybe full table service is better, I don’t know.

I like that the location was near the interstate and any places that I wanted to visit The 1st room was very dirty to the point that I had to change rooms and the rooms are small too

Smell was bad, also smells like smok even tho it was smoke free place. Stains on the floor.

El hotel huele a mucha humedad, la atención de las personas que están en recepción son pésimas. No dan ni información y si se pregunta lo hacen de mala gana. No vuelvo.

This was my first time staying at this property. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar looked fantastic—I popped up just to check out the view, and it seemed really neat. Regarding the room, I personally prefer carpeted floors, but unfortunately the rooms are a laminate floor, my socks were noticeably dirty just from walking around. The real issue, however, happened at around 11:00 PM. I was staying for work and was woken up from a dead sleep by the fire alarm sounding on and off for about 20 minutes. It was a dreadful experience, and because I was unable to fall back asleep afterward, my entire workday the next day was a struggle due to exhaustion. There didn't appear to be an actual fire, but the cause was never explained, and during check-out, the front desk didn't mention the incident or apologize for the major inconvenience. While the staff members were pleasant throughout my stay, this unfortunate series of events has left a bad taste, and I am unsure if I will stay here again.

Cleanliness was awful. There were hairs all over the place. The toilet seat was dirty with dry urine. The floor was super dirty.

Check in was quick and easy. No complaints. Room was clean and quiet. The roof top bar with pool was more for a party atmosphere, not to necessarily lounge at the pool. But overall nice.

The hotel lobby is shared with a restaurant that has an open ceiling, so it feels like you’re walking into a restaurant rather than a hotel. The strong smell coming from the kitchen fills the lobby, which wasn’t very appealing. The TV in the room wasn’t working properly. When I contacted the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do without the manager. (You were more helpful than they were! 😂) The rooftop pool is more of a decorative feature than a place to relax. It’s located in the middle of the rooftop and surrounded by dining tables, so you’re basically swimming while people are eating and drinking all around you. The experience was disappointing enough that I ended up checking out a day early.
