The parking situation, Valet only for rooftop bar guests, and parking for hotel guests was extremely sketchy in an abandoned lot. I was not comfortable walking to my car by myself at night.

Rooms are nice and clean and it’s a quick Lyft to Universal. Wasn’t a fan of the pool area or bar and the unique techno loud music.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff had great customer service and I was very pleased and had a restful night. Thank you. Will definitely stay there again.

They mop the floor with dirty water and you can feel the stickiness in that room, our freezer in the room wasn’t working, we booked on Expedia and it says breakfast was free but when we got there we find out there’s a fee.

I booked this hotel blindly as I stayed here in 2024 and enjoy it. What I came to find on this trip was truly awful. The hotel has a rooftop bar that blasts music until 2AM. I could hear it in my room vibrating the walls. I would never stay here again

Excellent property, came for the weekend of Halloween horror night and took advantage of how close the property is to Universal. I was a little skeptical since the price was too good to be true. I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. Extremely clean, very modern, and updated hotel. Plenty of parking space without any extra charge. The only suggestions I would say is not to advertise the shuttle to Universal because it only takes you to universal one time at 8 o’clock in the morning and picks you up to come back at 6 o’clock at night, which is not useful at all. The other suggestion is the club upstairs is very loud, and you can hear the music until very late at night. We stayed at the very bottom floor. I can’t even imagine how loud it is, anything higher than that. Since the club is on the roof.

It was ok, is not a 3 min walk to parks so that isn't true, which was my reason for booking. They do offer a shuttle to parks but its very early. Rooftop Lounge was decent but drink pricing were double the regular amount

What I didn't like was the music pounding from the sixth floor since I was on the 5th floor and I could hear it.

I have to say our bed was made every day with fresh linen, our bath towels and wash cloths were stocked daily, and facial wipes were stocked daily. However, our greeting was met by a scowling front desk attendant, the room had a slight smell of mildew, the paint was peeling off the shower floor, and parking was limited—and even worse at night with the roof top club. Overall, I’d rate the stay 2.5/5.

Entire lobby smells super strongly of Indian food due to the restaurant. For the alone I wouldn’t stay again.

I definitely did love this hotel! Here are the few things however that could been better, for instance the front desk person could have been a bit more polite however it was the morning so totally understandable if she still feeling out of it. Also for the restaurant upstairs there was a few roaches on the ground and pool was dirty like if they didn’t care to clean it. However as for the room, it was such a beautiful view and bed was super comfortable. They even had a mirror with a built in speaker which I thought was really dope! Ac blew out really cold air which was perfect for this weather and gym area was really clean I enjoyed working out there. Also enjoyed how they had a pool table in the lobby as well definitely was the cherry on top. Definitely need to be more sanitized upstairs, staff could have been a bit more polite, and pool area could’ve been a whole lot cleaner. Besides that everything was fire and I’d probably come back for the room again if I had no other choice of hotel.

Great hotel, clean rooms , staff is nice

Loved location and proximity to Universal. Check out time is 11. Housekeepers should not be trying to enter room prior to 9am on day of check out. Staff was friendly.
