The theme and décor are incredible. He doesn't have warm blankets, only thin covers. The air conditioning is extremely cold. The only upside was that I had already experienced the cold in Florida.

The modern and clean rooms, the pool, the regular buses to the parks, the location, the food available at the hotel for really reasonable prices. Staying here was an absolute bargain! We were so surprised at how reasonable it was to stay at a universal hotel! We assumed it would be extortionate until our friends recommended it, otherwise we wouldn’t have even considered it! Absolutely nothing! We loved everything!

I would just make the suggestion to guests who might want snacks, go across the road to walgreens and if leaving citywalk and you want a pizza go to the red oven for take out

The staff was always a pleasure to talk to and very attentive of all of our needs. The hotel was extremely clean and organized. It was also great to have the laundry machines available for use. Also the refillable cup came in very handy.

We had a two bedroom suite. This room is big enough for 6 adults and is immaculate with fridge, microwave, coffee facilities and charger points. The shuttle bus save a lot of money and are so easy and the Starbucks on site was very welcome on a morning. Price of drinks round the pool were expensive but can be bought from walgreens across the road.
