Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). Standard rooms include a 43-inch flat-screen TV and a small refrigerator. Two-bedroom suites feature two 43-inch flat-screen TVs, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Convenient to have the shuttle service. Rooms were clean and pool was nice. Outdoor pool bar was nice. Worth the price we paid.

Great pool, awesome facilities. Buses to Universal Studios was very convenient. Noise insulation between rooms not so great.

What stood out to me was how well the housekeeping staff were! Cleaned our room every day and had everything ready to go. One thing though about the hotel, is that all 3 water fill-up stations I went to were "down" and some didn't even have the light panels on it-they hadn't been in use for who knows how long. I think having free water available needs to be a standard. Staff were really nice and helpful and the food was pretty good. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect for a family who wants to visit the parks but not walk a ton when at the hotel to get to your room or the pool. Everything was super convenient, transportation to the parks ran smoothly and we barely had to wait. The food at the hotel was good. If your plan is not to spend all your time at the hotel, this is the perfect place to stay!

My husband and I visit universal frequently but this was our first time staying at a universal hotel and they were amazing. Hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were so nice and helpful. Will defiantly be staying there again!
