The shuttle ran every 15mins to all parks, that was very helpful. The food was amazing and having Starbucks that took the app was even helpful!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

My favourite hotel when I visit Orlando. The price is reasonable and you get early park admission. You also get free shuttle service to and from all of their parks!

I was There for 11nights alone but the Room cleaning!?!!? the Floor and the show er. Nevers clean exept 2days before m'y leaving!?!?

I only stayed one night but in that time I enjoyed the room, pool area was amazing, and loved the free bus service to and from Universal. Enjoyed our stay

Housekeeping was not up to normal standards. Had dirty bedding including blood spots on sheets and stains along with stains and holes in the towels. The front desk employees were very nice and listened and wanted to help and passed us to the manger to resolve the issue but he just brushed us off and treated us like we were causing an issue and being picky about everything. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have always absolutely loved it but this experience was very disappointing and disgusting compared to every other trip.

Everyone was super helpful to my family and me. Very professional and courteous staff. Not happy that you have to pay for food.

Pretty average to ordinary hotel. Extremely overpriced for the level of comfort. It’s made to fill rooms to max capacity, and then it becomes even more uncomfortable.
