When we stayed in 2022, it was great. However things seem to have changed this time. Property was clean and well maintained. Food was ok but expensive for what it was. The issue we had was noise. In the evening/at night, other guests were incredibly noisy and showed little repect for other people. Kids were running up and down the hallway, loud conversations and shouting as they passed your door (we didn't go to bed early so this would have been after 11/11:30) The walls are very thin. We thought being on a higher floor would be a good idea but I am not sure it really mattered.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It’s close proximity to the theme parks and the shuttles help. The only con is that you can hear persons footsteps (running, jumping, playing) through the walls. It interrupts sleep if you’re a light sleeper.

They have everything there two nice pools food court with fresh food! The room was nice. The bus to universal was so convenient it made travel to the park pleasant! Pay to park my own car. I didn’t like that I had to pay to park the car for each day I was there.

Loved the experience

The property and the staff were excellent transportation to universe. Studios was great on time. The only problem is the parking to expensive and always has a problem.

Room however needs more storage for clothing. Housekeeper was very clean and helpful. Pool very big. Pool opens at 9am and close st 11pm. Pool lifeguards were very attentive and they were not on their phones during work time! Guest service representatives always answer timely and very pleasant. Fitness room very good. They have free bus rides to all the Universal Adventure Parks and Universal City Walk. Laundry room has sufficient dryers and washers. Could monitor progress of laundry through an app. App allows you to pay for loads and add extra time. It also notifies when laundry is completed. Dockside Pier 8 market provides access to meals throughout the day. Highly recommended for family

Location, shuttle access and how clean it was. Breakfast can be complimentary or made cheaper.

Overall convenient location and the busses are amazing the hotel itself if just so packed. Like cattle. Like packed to where your like - we're all gonna catch a cold here. Starbucks is very convenient the cafeteria is convenient the selection is okay. Do not go to the arcade my kids spent 30 in 4 min and you can't win anything the cranes aren't kid friendly

Room was very clean and neat. Beds were very comfortable. Close to Universal Studios. The shuttle service is very good. Will be back.
