They didn’t have the room ready when I arrived and still took my money , no refund

Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

This was a last minute change of hotels because the hotel we booked did not accommodate wheelchairs on their shuttles to Universal. The stay was very accommodating and I even had to extend the trip and the staff made that really easy. The housekeeper even came in and help tidy up the room when I was sick and couldn’t leave the room for two days. They had very good food options. I have now stayed at Dockside and Surfside. They are both great hotels for different reasons. If you want a more lively atmosphere Dockside is where you want to be. If you want a more relaxed atmosphere Surfside is better in my opinion.

Great place!

The property was beautiful, kids really enjoyed the themed room and “pizza delivery to the room”. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Being able to have early admission to the parks was great! We will definitely be staying there in the future.

We love this hotel , when we have a chance to go to Florida we choose it

I didn’t like the food and I think they should have more variety about food. They also take a very long time to give you the food.

Great place to stay

The hotel was very family friendly. I especially loved the restaurant and the Starbucks for a quick meal after the parks.

I enjoyed our family vacation at the hotel. The property is well maintained. The shuttle busses to Universal Studios run regularly. It was a great location and integral part of making our vacation run smoothly.

Everything good excellent

Honestly. This place is awesome as far as the pool and bar outside and the store and dining options inside. Plus the transportation to each park was so convenient. It’s just a bitter sweet moment because we found out it was indeed bed bugs in the room and we are bit up. We are praying we did not bring these pesky creatures home with us. My 10 year old got the worst of it and I will be posting a photo.

Hotel is walking distance from shops and restaurants. Lots of variety in their market / cafeteria. Pool is very large and offers lots of safety vests for guests. The fitness center could use some equipment upgrades if you’re into that.

We really enjoyed our stay . W honestly admission to the parks, everyone was very nice , the rooms are clean and our 2 bedroom suite was a good size for us. They have a restaurant and Starbucks on site. The have a store to buy souvenirs and we got our Mario bands there so we were prepared for the park. It was also close to all the parks.

Resto las instalaciones muy buenas

The food court was quite ample with plenty to choose from, although quite pricy! The pool and pool deck were amazing! Perfect for all ages , including babies and seniors. We definitely Loved the Free Shuttle to and from the different Parks!! Minimal wait times as the shuttle is a large bus with plenty of room for all! Thoroughly enjoy our mini vacay!

Awesome place to stay great travel to universal and rooms were small but couldn’t hear rooms next to us which was awesome
-
Shuttle busses arriving all the time to take you to Universal parks and return frequently. About $10 Uber fare to Sea World and Aquatica. Would definitely book again if visiting Orlando.
