Best hotel we have stayed at in Orlando. ( We have stayed at alot) free parking ! Incredible breakfast! Friendly compassionate staff! Close to all the good stuff! Most comfortable bed ever! Ice cold air conditioner.alot of the theme parks no longer let you controll temp in your and they are stiffeling. Also great value! We will be back

Close to parks and stores. The rooms had no ventilation so there was this smell and lack of fresh air. Like 3-4 dollars for small bottles of water and not a single bottle included is bad. Bath/shower drain and sink wasn't working so can't say it was ok value for the price unfortunately.

No house keeping cleaned our room, we had to beg like 5 times, girl up front was no help with this. Pool was cold, non functional hot tub. Food was the usual hotel food. Coffee was good.
