Dirty hotel areas, we have to wait for the room, low on employees! The property needs more employees to operate with good customer service from any arrival of customers.

The room was clean and quiet. It's an older structure that they updated a few years ago from the looks of it. Perfect for the price and the location was ideal and close to the parks. Universal etc. We were hardly in the room, just there to take a shower and sleep. They offer FREE breakfast, parking and WiFi. The pool looked clean on our way out and in. Would use again .
