Clean room.great staff and good breakfast!

It was a good location for us. I liked the larger pool that was not crowded. Our TV didn’t work and our key cards didn’t work a few times and we had to go down to the front desk to get fixed. The hot beakfast was good and staff attending were nice.

Great location and comfy beds. We didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that part. It was clean the people working were nice. The blackout curtains for the room were great. Could be why we slept past breakfast. One of the soda machines had out of date product (not the hotels fault).

I liked the breakfast and I like that they allow you to put a cash deposit. One of the beds had a stain on the sheet but after I called they brought me a clean sheet to put on the bed

If you don't use the park shuttle bus, the #37 and 38 buses are $2 each way and go into the Universal bus park near the entrance.

Everything is fully renovated and I highly suggested this property, includes shuttle and very close to universal park Breakfast finish so early!

Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Easy location to get to parks and restaurants. The doors to rooms look kinda ran down. Was nervous about the security of them.

The room is old and not bright, the air conditioner is too noisy to sleep, there is no wifi, the receptionist has a very bad service attitude, there is no ice machine. Bad breakfast

Great location if you are going to Universal...clean and quiet...easy to navigate via car...free parking and breakfast are a plus
