Exceptional

Was well worth it, price was super cheap and right next to the universal studios parks. No complaints.

Overall a good hotel for the price but my experience was ruined when at 10am 1 hour before check out a cleaner lady came into my lock room with the excuse that some people leave before their check out time, after barging in simply said sorry and pretended like nothing happened.

The breackfast not good

The room was very clean and looked renovated. The front desk guy was really nice and helpful. Great location, close to the parks, outlets and short walk to good restaurants and pharmacy. Easy and free park.. Breakfast wasn’t that good and didn’t have many options, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We would stay here again!

THE BREAKFAST PLEASE STOP PUTTING THE PORK PRODUCT IN THE SAME CONTAINER AS THE EGGS!!!! PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE VISITORS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH DIFFERENT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS WHO MAY WANT TO ENJOY SOME CHICKEN SAUSAGE!!!(PS Running on zero protein from the breakfast cannot have the powder eggs either because it’s steaming in the pan with the pork) PROS: The rooms were very clean and had a lot of towels /soap/ tissue. The hotel itself is very kid friendly and there are a lot of activities and its value for your money! THE STAFF GOT 5/5 BASED SOLELY ON ‼️MR TYEREK ‼️AT THE FRONT DESKK!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES NATURAL TO HIM!!! HES VERY ACCOMMODATING AND THE REASON WHY I EXTENDED MY STAY!!!!!

Great breakfast , perfect spot and good variety

The first room we went to the key would not open. We then had to wait 20 minutes for a different room Then the second room smelled like urine and bleach and one of the beds was completely broken. Another 20 minutes later we got a third room, which was acceptable. Breakfast was as cheap as it can possibly be and did not taste good at all. The food was unseasoned, lacking in variety and the what I believe was turkey bacon tasted like plastic. definitely one of the worst hotels I’ve been to in Orlando.

Checked in at night. Everything looked great. Daytime... Not so awesome. Just ok. Rooms were also relatively clean.

Las habitaciones tenían mucho olor a húmedo y el piso permanecía mojado de la humedad eso fue lo malo y la limpieza lo hacían pasando un día

El caballero del check-in y check-out muy amables y serviciales. La habitación era cómoda y bastante agradable. No me gustó que el baño no tiene cortina y siempre se sale el agua provocando un charco muy peligroso teniendo en cuenta que viaje con niño. El desayuno fue el mismo los 3 días, todo eran productos congelados que calentaban y ponían allí (no era el peor pero cansaba). SI ESTÁS CONTANDO CON SU TRANSPORTACIÓN A LOS PARQUES TEN CUIDADO. Dice que incluye el transporte pero es solo al parque Universal Studio, Epic y Epcot. Detallé que no informan durante la reservación y me hizo desajustar el presupuesto ya que contaba con ello.

It was a good place for one night. Pool was enticing but we got in too late to use it and had a packed day so no chance the next.

The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast is above par, with delicious choices, including eggs, pancakes, meats, and fruit. Good a/c, clean comfy beds, and a lovely pool area to hang out by. A great value budget hotel.

The breakfast was not very good. The pancakes waffles and French toast was not good. If they ran out of something it was not replaced. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30. I went at 8 am they were out of fruit muffins and pastries. The hot items were cold
