Property needs a good cleaning, bleach is not enough

Staff member very professional at check in and out. Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner worked great. Good having refrigerator and microwave. Price of the stay was great. I would stay again.

Hola! El personal servicial, los desayunos buenos y las habitaciones limpias. Lo unico que mejoraria seria los aires, porque tumban cuando llegan a una temperatura y sudas mientras duermes, de todo lo demas muy bueno.

Excelente servicio. Desayuno variado. Ideal si viajas con niños.

Pienso un poco más la apariencia en los baños, las toallas de baño manchadas. Poca variedad o la realidad la misma en el desayuno.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Ty was super helpful at check-in. Our room was clean and we enjoyed what the hotel had to offer.

The worse part was the toilet not flushing, one morning we woke up and there was toilet paper that had regurgitated (my family does not flush toilet paper down the toilet for this reason, so i dint jnow where the toilet paer came from) This was just an overall terrible experience. Of course, I didn’t expect a five star resort experience, being that it was an inexpensive hotel room to book, but the basics of what I am referring to should be covered in all hotels, motels, any place a family pays to book a room I will be writing a letter to this corporation, expecting at least half of my purchasing to be refunded, obviously we stayed in the rooms for the duration that we booked, but this was

Great stay! Enjoyed the pool area and breakfast was good! Only downside was getting bothered by solicitors twice while trying to enjoy my stay but everything else was great.

The rooms were cleaned, the staff was always on top of the requests. Breakfast was soooo delicious!

The marketing people sitting opposite of the front desk were harassing. They tried selling this offer for a promotional feature and it went extreme. Every time I got out of my room or was at the lobby I had to deal with them. They woke us up calling our room extension in the morning when my kids were trying to sleep after having a tired time day before at the park.

Mucha humedad en el cuarto, puerta del baño había q empujarla duro para abrirla cerrarla, el aire acondicionado hacía charcos de agua por el piso, el baño del loaby aqueroso, lo único bueno fue la ubicación y la cama

Sábanas manchadas, el aire no enfriaba fueron a limpiar la habitación el último día. La habitación olía a humedad. No se lo recomiendo a nadie

Bueno la cama cómoda y agua caliente tenía nevera y microondas. Todo queda cerca eso me gustó. Lo único que encontré sucio fue el pasillo del piso de a fuera.

Room had soo many stains everywhere. Also had mildew growing because the room wasn't kept at the right temperature, we were not allowed to change the ac. So sheets got damp and floor would get wet from the condensation. Didn't use the amenities. It was close to universal so that was a plus. They changed out phones while we were there so hopefully will be redoing the rooms. Past by a room they were cleaning and the bleach smell was coming out of the room it was so strong. Also if you book on a third party know that the resort itself will charge you a 20 resort fee per night.
