Very clean accommodations, front desk was helpful in finding places to eat. Only inconvenience was when the elevator was out of service forcing us to carry our luggage up for flights of stairs.

Great breakfast selection. It was great also that they had a shuttle to Universal. I just wish the staff had a little bit more personality. 😉

Great location for Universal, with citywalk a 10-15 minute walk. It’s a Universal good neighbour hotel and there are free shuttles to their parks from the resort. The Disney parks were a 20-25 minute drive. Plenty of good dining options and convenience stores walkable too. We would absolutely stay here again when doing the Universal Parks.

Stuff and facilities were great The elevator from the main entrance of the hotel was mulfunction and most of the days under construction and fixing.

This hotel is amazing, especially for the price you pay. Its close to universal and they have free breakfast. Very limites options for breakfast, needs to be more inclusive (halal, veg etx)

Location and room My family was outside for the shuttle time slot 2 minutes before, but the shuttle was already leaving the hotel and turning onto the street. Not sure what that was about. Also, it would be nice to have pancakes offered on more than one day because older kids rally around the waffle maker and since it takes forever it would be nice to have another option for the younger children.

A fantastic hotel, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic bedrooms which were spacious and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had all you would need. Great location. Will definitely be back!
