This visit was for my daughter and son in law. They arrived to check in around 2am and the person at the front desk was very rude to them. She stated that the system was down and they had to wait until it was up and running. They waited and the person did not bother to tell them that the system was now working. She looked upset as though they were bothering her. Aside from this, she told me that the front desk in the morning were all pleasant and she enjoyed her stay. I was just not happy with her being tired after a long drive to then be not welcomed when she arrived.

Me and my daughter went to universal studios and stayed at Hilton Gardens the rooms were very clean they were very accommodating to our needs I highly recommend staying at this hotel

Stayed 8 nights in a 2 Queen room which was clean, well maintained and comfortable including the beds. Most staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfast, although with basic hot options on the buffet, was varied enough for a decent start to the day. Free parking was welcome as was the free shuttle bus to the Universal parks bookable in the adjacent Hilton Homewood Suites. Location to the parks was great and although we had a rental car found it was much cheaper to get the free shuttle there and a Lyft ride back rather than pay the $35 park parking charges. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive from the hotel. Only used the on site Tiki Bar once as found the menu limited and expensive with a compulsory service charge 12.5 % added. The pool is large and plenty of free beds in mid August. Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

The room was clean and very cute. The pool and hot tub were incredible! The tiki bar was a nice touch and the bartenders were fun to talk to!
