Good location The room had a musty smell. There’s no way to get up to the second floor other than steps. Some of the outlets didn’t work, like the ones by the bathroom sink

Great location reduced price due to remodeling. Some services are not available due to remodeling ice machine (must go to the office for ice) Laundry and pool

Unfortunately, the hotel stay did not go as expected. The photos do not match the description of what was advertised. Within the lines of “false advertising”. The room was easy to locate, however, the overall condition seemed outdated: dresser, bed, chairs, bathroom. Even though it was affordable, there are other hotels with a similar price that offered better accommodations and overall look and feel. Biggest piece of advise would be to contact the facilities beforehand to verify that they currently have all the accommodations listed on the listing app-website. We checked in and then check out right away to another hotel was that’s walking distance. Front desk was somewhat helpful at times.

I mean when it comes to 4 walls and a bed it will do. Luckily we where only in the room for the mornings and when we got back in the evenings. First night I didn't feel safe, was awoke to another very angry guest shouting and from the sounds of it breaking things. I was almost tempted to call the police and front desk. Luckily it was just the first night this happened. If the hotel could maybe look into a major revamp. It will get my business in the future, also idk if it was the hotel or booking.com. The card I used to purchase the stay, had the information stolen 2 days later. Thank god my bank let me know of it and turned off the card. So again not sure if its the hotel committing identity theft or booking needs to update there security.

Nothing- we had to cancel our reservation as soon as we arrived on site. Unsafe area, dirty facilities, etc. Nothing like the listing or photos- total scam!

Great location and reasonable price not very crowded In remodeling and not completed missing items and construction materials are around some things do not work right.

Location is excellent I stayed at the property several times and the quality has decreased significantly. The first time the pool was available and also the breakfast included, now the property seems to be just surviving

I was putting on the second floor after I told him I had problems with stairs he said there was no rooms available on the first floor when I walked around I seen six to eight rooms on the first floor identical to what I had

If you just want a basic cost effective bed near Universal, this is a good deal. The bed was perfectly clean and room in decent shape. The floors could have been cleaner but nothing gross. No bugs etc. Ice machines not working and wifi required front desk help but they were friendly.
