Very nice hotel, clean and beds were great. Staff nice, friendly and helpful.

Overall our stay was amazing, the staff, the restaurant, our room, all of it was great. The one negative is the parking, being charged for parking for a very small lot that when it gets full you have to park at a neighboring property.

Super close to universal.

I thought the hotel was fine; however, I did not like that the toilet didn’t have a lid.

We booked this hotel after driving in an emergency to see an elder family member in the hospital. After leaving the hospital at 2am, we booked and made it to the hotel within 20 minutes of booking. After family devastation, we attempted to check in. The hotel’s clerk found our paperwork, but said because it was after midnight we couldn’t check in until 3pm. The problem with this is that the booking site automatically booked us for the next day because it was after midnight, yet the hotel would not let us check in because it was, not after midnight enough. The hotel’s staff was very uncaring with how they informed us. They offered no resolution, and was very matter of fact and the complete opposite of hospitable. Hotels.com tried to recover our booking cost, since everything happened within 30 minutes and we could not use the booking. We were told that it was the hotel’s discretion to return the unused booking’s cost. The management refused. Not everything is black and white, there are gray areas. And the hotel’s clerk and manager’s nonchalant, oh well, move on attitude made this unfortunate experience sting more. I would not recommend.

Excellent location for Epic Universal visit

Perfect for couple nights with a kid.

We had a wonderful stay as the rooms were very clean and nice!

This was a pretty decent choice as a hotel for our Universal trip. You can technically walk to Universal, we didn’t this time. They have a pretty cool photo booth inside of the hotel. Room was pretty cozy, shower was nice and our king bed was really nice. The only thing I am going to bring attention to is that the lobby is always busy and full of so many people. The front desk is so close to the front door that it makes you feel claustrophobic. Staff always seemed to be busy by hotel guests, so adding an extra front desk member really wouldn’t hurt and would help them out a lot. Staff was very friendly.

The property and room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend.

Very clean and nicely appointed. They could use more evening staff but they were all very nice.

Once again they don’t disappoint. Everything is as beautiful the staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. We stay here regularly and love it! One of the best in the area by far.

Air conditioning super good job

As good as always. The room finish is modern and beautiful. Staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel is close to Universal Studio. I would like to come back again in the future.
