Very clean room very nice staff

My room got flooded with water from the floor above and some of my personal belongings were damaged from it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness really stood out my room was spotless and well-maintained. The common areas were also clean and inviting, which made the entire property feel comfortable and well cared for.

As soon as I entered my room there was water on floor in front of bed and a puddle of water in front on shower also there was no holder for the coffee pod I had to go down to the desk at 4:am to get another one

We absolutely loved our stay! were spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The large windows in the living room making the experience even more enjoyable. The Room 507 was simply perfect. We honestly have nothing negative to say about

Rooms get cleaned every 3 days. Our room was missed but upon request at reception this was rectified. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location for visiting Universal - disappointed that they now charge for car parking but I guess it brings it into line with other hotels in the area.

The stay at the hotel was awesome. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accomadating. However, the parking $12 daily fee isn't necessary. I have visited many hotels who don't charge additional parking fees.

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Loved how close it was to universal parks.

Room was clean Coffee was cold and no complimentary breakfast

The breakfast was super expensive and not good. We paid for parking but the lot was always full so we had to park across the street and there should be a microwave in the room.

Size of rooms, gym and pool Bar was closed our whole stay which was disappointing as if we'd known we would have stayed elsewhere. Also,a number of the power and USB sockets didn't work.
