Clean. Staff friendly

Very clean and nicely appointed. They could use more evening staff but they were all very nice.

Once again they don’t disappoint. Everything is as beautiful the staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. We stay here regularly and love it! One of the best in the area by far.

As good as always. The room finish is modern and beautiful. Staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel is close to Universal Studio. I would like to come back again in the future.

GREAT location, staff service is slow, depends on who is on front desk; Jimmy was great. Hotel is only for sleep, doesnt have a lot to do. Small pool, small gym.

No microwave available for cooking. The AC had a humming noise, and the bed frames made noise. Ac vibrations were load enough to be heard from bed frame while asleep. Main desk never said wifi had additional charges while checking in. There was no body wash liquid in bathroom when checkedin.

My room got flooded with water from the floor above and some of my personal belongings were damaged from it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness really stood out my room was spotless and well-maintained. The common areas were also clean and inviting, which made the entire property feel comfortable and well cared for.
