Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Near Universal

Great facilities, great location, very clean and comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff The front entrance is not very welcoming, and there was renovations going on which is good but slightly disruptive The shuttle service for universal is not ideal

Continental breakfast was not my cup of tea, the eggs looked like small round disks, like they use at the fast food restaurants. The proteins weren't very appealing. The only thing that I enjoyed was the oatmeal and waffles.

Nice clean and descent size room, breakfast was good and no issues!

The bare minimum hotel.

Todo estuvo perfecto en mi estancia de 2 días el desayuno estuvo muy rico y todo estaba bien limpio

Good

Great location, very close to Universal, SeaWorld and Icon park. Clean room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Even though it was under a renovation, it was still very clean and nice

Exceptional

Big rooms and the breakfast Room wasn’t ready at 2:15, had to wait til 3

Hotel was under construction/renovation. Half the outlets in my room didn't work, no lamps worked in the room. The bed needed to be thrown away 2 years ago at least that's how run down and disgusting it was. Ended up checking out a night early, was not offered any kind of refund.

Superb

The breakfast was good. Not a bad variety at all. The location was great as well, close to the main road. The place was clean in general and there was available parking spots for the car. The room itself had almost everything we needed and it was clean. The shower was a bit too small. The kitchen lacked an electric kettle. The mattress was a bit soft for my preference. It would have been nice if the staff did some introduction to the facilities (gym and pool) upon checking in because they didn't.

The breakfast was top tier. Fresh breakfast everyday, different choices, delicious. The room was very clean and convenient. The staff was very nice!! Nothing.

Great location and nice hotel overall. Considering the breakfast was free the choice was excellent

We had a nice comfortable stay at Home2Suites. Breakfast was great and the shuttles to universal studios were a bonus (need reservation). Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Always love staying at this property, always clean and the staff is amazing. Had some issues with the air conditioner this time

Everything was good

Everything Only thing I didn’t like is that the bathroom door didn’t have a good handle to open and close the door
