how close it was to universal theme park black mold and bugs in the room. loud ac unit. entire place had a bad smell to it.

The girl at the front desk was very nice but that was it about that place horrible cleaning towels were dirty housekeeper has a bad attitude if you ask for a roll of toilet paper due to not even having any in there key never worked the door was very unsafe never shut and locked properly the smell of weed was crazy the smell of mold was through out the entire place

Absolutely nothing. Should be condemned. Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever encountered. Both rooms they tried to put me in had black mold on the ceiling and the vents were caked with dust. The hallways stunk of dog pee. Property will not get back to me about a refund. I did not stay there and they still charged me and won’t respond to messages.

Absolutely horrid. Bugs. Broken remote control. Hallways smelled like animal urine. A/C unit sounded like it was going to explode. Dirty parking lot. Elevator was broken. Worst Motel 6 experience ever.

It was close to universal The room was dirty and gross. The other people staying at the hotel works extremely loud. They kept me up all night. It was the worst experience of my life.

Bad

Room is gross and dirt from vents cake the ceiling and nearby wall and the vents themselves. Sketchy parking lot. My room wasn't ready when I got there and instead of switching me to a readied room they made me wait close to 40 minutes while the cleaning lady finished. Sink and tub would not drain. Faucet wasn't even attached to the sink. ROACHES. Literal blood stain on the toilet seat. My room key got activated for only 1 of my nights and I had to discover that it didn't work when I came back, wasted my time and had to walk 4 flights up and down just got it to be reactivated again. No one was at the front desk even when checking out and I'm not sure if some random homeless person was just hanging out in the lobby with no one present. No room service while i was gone, not even a "do not disturb" hanger if i even wanted to reject service. A very loose and uncaring atmosphere, worst hotel I ever stayed in. Never coming back.

Barking dogs ,no refrigerator

Location and the staff and morning coffee My TV had no romper so it did not work and was stuck on one channel with no sound. I asked the front desk they could not help.

the area clean issue

The Place Smells like a Dumpster. It has MOLD all over the walls and floor. The elevator dont work. Is worse than a Dumpster. It is Absolutely Disgusting. Never, Ever, Everrre Stay in this Place EVER. Also this place Homes Section 8 Familys and there is Children Runing around Day and Night all over the hallways. There is nothing to like about this dumpster. Its absolutely Disgusting.

Horrible, dirty and the rooms have noice because of the A/C.

This was a motel 6 we actually enjoyed our stay at. The Lady Dorothy was very kind and helpful.
