The location is great. The staff is super RUDE, Rose works in the front office and she acts as if she just hates her job and the traveler's that comes to stay. She needs to find a job that fits her personality, like a warehouse, it's less communication with people.

Staff were very nice and helpful! Room was good except no microwave. Very pet friendly! Just be aware that other people staying in there aren't too pet friendly, and just keep in mind to always have close to you when coming out the room.l ESPECIALLY IF YOU OWN A STAFFY OR PIT . OTHERWISE all good 👍 👌

When I arrived after midnight and was unable to check in, the front desk told me that this was Expedia’s responsibility and that the late check-in policy was listed on the hotel’s own website. However, I booked and paid through Expedia. Why would a guest be expected to separately visit the hotel’s official website to look for additional restrictions that were not clearly disclosed on the platform where the reservation was made? If there is a strict check-in cut-off time or a requirement to call ahead, that is very important information and should be clearly communicated to guests booking through Expedia. Had I been informed, I would have called ahead. Instead, I arrived in the middle of the night and was unable to access the room I had reserved.

Friendly knowledge staff. The carpet is filthy in the hallways! Had it not been it would have been a 10 all the way.

I like that they have vending machines for snacks and sodas. The room was super clean and the beds were comfy. People woke me up in the middle of the night laughing, but they went in the rooms when I opened the door in the morning time they were blasting their music at 8 AM, but I banged on their door and they stopped with the music. They said they had a refrigerator in the room and an iron board, but they didn’t and I feel like the room could be a lot cheaper for what you’re offering.

Cool place for the price. You can hear through the walls but everything else was perfect.
