Loved the ample parking, friendly staff and beautiful elevators. Disliked the noise in the hall way, and the sound from the other room. The bathroom sink was partially flooded with a slow drainage; horrible tub fixtures! The cleanliness of the rooms when checked in was mediocre, bathroom sink were filthy! The television remote didn’t work

A great affordable hotel very close to Universal! It has everything you would need. There’s a great buffet breakfast for an additional charge and the pillows and blankets are super comfortable.

Always love staying here to go to Universal. Right near the dockside hotel to take the bus there and it’s always so convenient and clean and staff is nice everytime.

Nothing. Staff should be better trained. They should be more pleasant and smile at guests. Need more manpower - was kept on hold for more than 10 minutes by reception when called from room. This happened more than once.

Everything was horrible The room smelt of mold, black mold was everywhere behind the walls. I could smell it and it stuffed us up and made us sick and the staff didn’t care.

I loved the location and the price for the room.also the beds were very comfy. What I didn’t like was that the hot water took a while until it warmed up and the ac in our room was noisy. Other than that we will be staying again .

I have stayed at this property at least 15 times in the past 4 years. And I still stand on my previous reviews but; I'm guessing a change in ownership has happened and they are being money grubby now. I have checked in early, i.e. 12 noon, and have expected to pay for that convenience. But now they are charging the $40 early check in fee at 3pm, 1 hour before normal check in, 4pm. This would and will change my future stays at this property. That being said, you can find a much nicer hotel then this one at that price point. Don't take the bait with this hotel. Look around before you buy.
