Was really surprised to know that the hotel did NOT offer any housekeeping services. The guest is expected to do the cleaning, wash the bathrooms, etc. on a daily basis. We went on a leisure trip and NOT to work there. This was really disappointing and spoiled our mood during the 10 nights' stay. At least the hotel should put this information as facilities NOT available for the customers to take an informed decision.

The breakfast was ok. Didn’t have many options from the bar. They took away the paddle boats and the breakfast from the last time we were there years ago. The food was ok

At check-in there was a problem with something where as even though I paid half upfront, they requested the full amount. As for house keeping, we were at the parks the whole first day and as we returned noticed that our room was never touched.

A guest stole my daughter’s digital camera when she was taking pictures by the pool/ dock. They don’t have cameras in the hall ways or parking lot so we didn’t know what room the guest was inHaving to do a timeshare tour which wasn’t something I planned.

Located in a central location that is very close to most theme parks. Staff was friendly, the resort was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
