everything was great but please fix the gaming room please for my next visit!

the staff was extremely nice and very considerate. The only area of opportunity would be to work on their communication; as the toilet in my room was not functioning correctly and I had to call multiple times to get it fixed, or when I needed a microwave I had to do the same. And even the day I had to leave, a housekeeping personnel came and open my door without knocking to ask me to check out, before my check out time. But I understand she did not receive the appropriate communication regarding my room…. Besides that, everything was amazing and I’d hope to stay again.

There seems to be a lot of condensation within the whole hotel. Our tissue box upon arrival was soaking wet, dripping wet. I had to throw the whole box of tissues out. They should be located in the room and not the bathroom. The pool was constantly out of towels and the hotel needs some updating. I did not like that. You had to pay every night for parking. On the positive side, The staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed and everyone was nice including room service. I would stay here again just due to how nice everyone was. Our room was nice. A junior suite with plenty of room to hangout.

Excelente ubicacion para los parques de Universal,Isalnd,Volcano,Epic todos,muy cerca del Icon Park caminando,todo el moviliario nuevo,excelente atencion en general,la piscina todo la verdad que tremendo hotel,banos muy limpios,ropa de cama limpia y toallas.

We had a great stay. The room was very nice. The pool . Very Nice. The only complaint is there is No air conditioning, or fans in the fitness room. Very hot. It makes you sweat. You're supposed to sweat. But that's not fun in a hot fitness room. That's for sure. Only thing I didn't like. Everything very nice.

The hotel itself is nice. They do not honor the reservation of the type of room you request. I requested a suite and when I checked in was told there were none left. I had booked it 6 months in advance. There is no food or drinks available in the evening. They had a bar but it closes early.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the price !!
