I will definitely be staying at hotel Landy again. It looks exactly the pictures online. The rooms were clean, the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the restaurant and bar.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. The pool area did not have any towels out for guests and it was several people at the pool. I also found a roach in my room, which was disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber. On another day, there appeared to be what looked like vomit floating in one section of the pool, making it unpleasant to use. The hotel has a lot of potential because it’s beautiful, but better attention to cleanliness and pool maintenance would make a huge difference. I hope these issues are addressed because it really could be an excellent place to stay.

Great place inexpensive good location free shuttle etc

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful. The issue I have is that my WiFi was very weak in my room even after maintenance came and reset it. I had to go to the lobby to work. The AC in my room was very loud which woke me up everytime it started. Great property though with an amazing staff. Love the Bistro set up (Starbucks) and the food at the bar was excellent. Shout out to Esther and the lady in all blue.

The hospitality was unmatched! They had nightly events at the pool that kept us entertained. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet. Will definitely be staying again!

Rest all was good

I don’t not like that I paid , reserved online for a king bed with a view and we were given a room with two small queens. I called the front desk and they placed me on hold at 1am when I had just checked in. Additionally I feel it has no logic to charge guest that are already paying to stay there a $35 for regular self parking…$60 if you do “valet “ . We travel to come to stay at a place and then have to pay $70 just to park for two nights is ridiculous. Do better .

The staff was completely patient, helpful, friendly and just wonderful! The AC made the whole room cold so we got too sleep comfortably. We got too see fireworks one night from our room, it was a beautiful experience. It does says “ arcade “ when you book but however it’s no longer there. It was a wonderful experience and one of the best hotels we stayed at in Orlando.

Careful with the hidden charges. Lots of construction going on. Good location.

I wasn’t given the room I booked. The staff there wasn’t helpful.

Hotel Landy was pretty exceptional. The rooms were cleaned and restocked and refreshed daily, without any prompting. The staff was engaging and friendly, not a hint of attitude from anyone. Overall, from our experience, we would have given a rating of 10/10. The thing I'll note are the parking fees. It was explained that the families that were there as part of the sports tournament(s), their parking fee would be half-price, but from my bill, it looks like we were charged full price.
