The room was clean and the staff was on point.

Vehicles will be vandalized if you don’t park in front of lobby window. Rooms weren’t clean nor bed. Noisy and smoky hallways. There were signs that said no smoking in building and no pets there was both. Dog poop on front walkway for three days still counting not cleaned

Great stay

The room had a strong mildew odor, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, the shower curtain was dirty, and one of the towels appeared unclean. Housekeeping failed to restock toilet paper and clean towels. Even after submitting a work order as instructed, nothing was delivered, and we had to make multiple trips to the front desk. The toilet did not work properly, and although someone attempted to repair it, the issue remained unresolved. My husband ultimately fixed it himself. Loud arguing during the night and constant noise from the room above made it difficult to sleep, and the disturbance did not appear to be addressed. While the property manager was polite, there was a lack of follow-through in resolving guest concerns. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained and did not meet basic expectations. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness, responsive service, and a peaceful stay.

We had a good stay. The place was clean, quiet, and in a great location. The only negative - and it was a big negative that needs to be resolved - is that the fitness room was abysmal. The room is basically a closet and has NO AIR CONDITIONING. I asked for a fan but could not wait in that sauna for someone to bring it. The treadmill wasn't bad, but the stationary bike didn't work. I had to go to a local YMCA. This defeated the point of booking a hotel with a fitness room, which is a requirement for us.

Rooms were rundown and dirty. Seemed a little seedy. Ricky at front desk was pleasant. Gave us a refund after checking out the room with no problem

It was ok for the 2 nights we stayed. Super close to Universal which makes for a cheaper uber ride than paying parking fees. That being said we had to take uber because their shuttle doesn’t go to the Epic Universe park, no biggie. The breakfast was typical waffles and toast. I’d love to see some simple protein on the menu. E.g. Boiled eggs, yogurt. The simplest of Sounds, people just walking and talking, carried which made for a distracting evening for this light sleeper. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Good value for the low price we paid.

Malísimo el desayuno se supone que era buffet y de eso nada prefiero pagar un poco más y que el desayuno sea mejor no volvería
