Baymont by Wyndham Orlando/International Dr/Universal Blvd

It wasn’t horrific, but I probably wouldn’t choose to stay again. You can hear everything through the walls and we were next to an incredibly loud family. The beds weren’t very cozy, they basically just had a sheet on top. The staff weren’t very friendly when checking in.

Roaches in room

. Woke tired the next to check out and drive 03:30 hours back home. If the beds were made I would have gotten more sleep and have a safer travel. My husband drove and I took a nap.

The staff and the room were great. The location was good.

I got refunded right away thanks to the front desk staff. It was horrible experience both rooms directly, stains and bedbugs

The hotel doesn't look like the pictures promoted, it was unbelievably unclean and not taken care of, the air quality was horrible, the smell of the hotel and the room was very bad, and they didn't want to give me a refund for the first booked night even though I only stayed at the property for only two hours after trying to book another hotel and get a refund.

I stayed there three nights and had to ask for towels and a trash bag every evening as Housekeeping did not come to my room, although I heard them knocking on doors and saying housekeeping to surrounding rooms

Good location and friendly staff, but there were cockroaches.

The property didn’t look like the photos. It’s ran down. It has a bad odor and the lobby smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t check in to look at the room, but the lobby was not presentable and we left. My grandkids was uncomfortable and staying there and my husband definitely didn’t wanna stay there.

Easy check in personnel were great, room was good, clean ready when I got there and breakfast was continental style but good there too. I will definitely go back next time I come down! Highly recommend

Hotel is very dated. Breakfast is not continental. German roach found alive at breakfast counter. Amenities not updated. Bedroom clean although only sheets on bed no comforter provided in rooms. Elevator needs updating. Decent day, but unfortunately, we would not return. Thank you.

Best thing it’s the staff and location that’s about it. Rooms need updates serious not patching or landlord specials. It shows but for the cost you get what you pay for.

AC was

There was actual feces on the toilet, gum in the toilet paper holder, hair and earrings in the bed, stained sheets and the list goes on. They are not empathetic or apologetic in rectifying unpleasant experiences. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

This is a quick weekend trip so I didn’t let it bother me much because we only use the room to sleep. The room was not cleaned properly or at all in my opinion. The towels were stained even after asking for new ones. Honestly we didn’t use them. The room floor was dirty and needed a good mopping. Breakfast also only had carb option, waffles, bagels, muffins. Plus was the location. Close to all the parks we visited, plus food and shopping options. But I would not stay here again.
