Welcoming staff, clean and spacious room, good value

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt well taken care of. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return.

The hotel itself was nice. Clean pool, nice staff. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, we found a receipt from a previous guest under our pillow when going to sleep, and the walls and doors were a bit grimy. All in all, it’s a decent place to have a quick stay if you need to rest your head. If you’re lucky, depending on the room you get, you’ll get a great, clear view of the Disney fireworks show.

It felt dirty... almost greasy. Please, someone do the simple things. Pull the weeds growing between the pavers around and on the pool deck. A little paint goes a long way too. Just run down.

The most serious incident occurred when a maintenance employee attempted to enter my room after I clearly told him, “No, thank you.” There was no emergency, I had not requested maintenance, and I did not give anyone permission to enter my room. As a mother traveling with my young daughter, this was alarming and made me feel completely unsafe. Guest privacy and security should be a hotel’s highest priority. When I tried to escalate the situation, I was then informed that there was no night manager on the property because it was the weekend. I found it unbelievable that a hotel would not have management available overnight to handle serious guest safety concerns. Being told to wait until the next day after such an incident was unacceptable. To make matters even worse, later that night my daughter and I were awakened by a cockroach crawling in the bed with us. Finding a roach in the bed was disgusting and only reinforced my concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and overall standards. Between the unauthorized attempt to enter my room, the lack of overnight management, and the unsanitary conditions, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I expected to feel safe and comfortable during my stay, but instead I felt vulnerable, ignored, and disgusted. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast is the only good thing, the room had cockroachs and the bed had bed bugs, what more do you want to hear. I wish i could hve my money back

Nice staff, very close to Universal and other sites. Shuttle bus was convenient and on time. Great location to see the fireworks at SeaWorld.

Blood stains on the mattress cover, other stains on the sheets. Dead roach on the floor. Just gross!

As usual I stay here 2 to 3 times a year and as last visit wasn't any different. Great service and transportation . My daughter Mia and I call it our vacation home. 😆

Misleading pricing. Misleading advertising. Breakfast is supposed to be included, but it’s covered by a $20 fee. Parking costs another $15.
