Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd - Shuttle to Theme Parks

As usual I stay here 2 to 3 times a year and as last visit wasn't any different. Great service and transportation . My daughter Mia and I call it our vacation home. 😆

Misleading pricing. Misleading advertising. Breakfast is supposed to be included, but it’s covered by a $20 fee. Parking costs another $15.

Breakfast was awful, rooms were rusty and old, pillows were small, sheets were damp.

Room was ok.

The pool Broken shower head, mold in the bathroom, no room service for towels

Good location though How does it take 2 full hours to check in

Las instalaciones son viejas y los cuartos están sucios y demasiado húmedos el piso siempre está mojado, el desayuno pésimo, el personal nada agradable y dos días no limpiaron la habitación, la explicación fue que la persona que le tocaba la habitación no fue a trabajar, cero recomendable, mejor pagar un poco más y estar en un mejor hotel, el ahorro no vale la pena.

First of all, the breakfast was terrible. The food was cold, the coffee was weak, and there were no fresh options available. It was a complete waste of money. Secondly, the rooms were extremely damp. The humidity was unbearable, and my belongings were soaked. I had to spend a lot of time drying everything out, and it was very frustrating. Thirdly, the bathrooms were always wet. It was like a never-ending cycle of water leaking from the ceiling and walls. I had to deal with standing in the shower for hours trying to dry off. Fourthly, the pool was dirty and unhygienic. It was filled with debris. I was shocked to see such a poor condition. I contacted customer service, and they promised to improve the situation. However, I have yet to see any changes,

El hotel es sencillo. El personal super educado y servicial, el desayuno continental bien básico. La habitación limpia, pero las instalaciones del hotel están deterioradas en muchas áreas. Lo que No me gusto, al llegar toda la recepción olía a desinfectante, y si andabas por los pasillos o area de piscina el olor a marihuana era insoportable, sé que son los huespedes y escapa de las manos del hotel, pero hospedarse en un hotel y no disfrutar tu estadía, no es un lugar al que quieras regresar. Aparte, te cobran hasta el estacionamiento, entre otros.

O hotel cobrou estacionamento $15,00 e também mais 20 dollares de café da manhã, sendo que não queria o café pois eu sairia cedo para um exame médico

Location Dirty, broken acrylic nail in my bed and weave/hair all over the sheets and pillows. The linen was definitely not clean/changed between guests

Nothing at all The hotel was horrible. I had to lift the door to open it. People were standing outside the hotel hanging out.
