Rooms are comfortable for a big family and the location is really good as it's close to everything you need (walking distance). First room they gave us someone had broken in. Second one it had issue with the drainage. Finally the third worked for us.

Close proximity to many things to do and some great eateries. Road construction and high traffic made it difficult to get around.

Was near the strip My room smelled like baby poop, the water was either really hot or cold, they put us all the way in the back away from the pool. The maintenance man took a refrigerator from another room and put it in ours instead of it already having one. They offer a “crib” but it was actually a packnplay

Still waiting on our deposit and it's been more than a week and no one has been able to help us in this matter.

Was a complete waste of my time. It puts a bad repour on wanting to choose in the future.

The property was okay. The property hot tub was very dirty and really couldn’t stay in it without feeling disgusting.

Landscaping and Pools are nice. A room with bunk beds for the kids was so convenient. Difficulty locating a housekeeping staff when needing towels or coffee etc.

good location i left my airpods in my room after they rushed me to check out 2 hrs early called up there because they wouldn't let me back in the room and they said they had them and would call me back shortly , never called back so i did the next day and they said they can't find them .

Staff was nice Bed was very uncomfortable, there was no hand rails in the tub to prevent from falling and yes my spouse did fall in the tub, the water did not drain out the tub so the tub was dirty. Had to take a towel and clean the tub out from the guest before us

Beautiful pool and comfy bed, stuff is very nice and helpful. I will return. Bit expensive regarding the neighborhood, but I had such a good time, it worth it. Best in Orlando so far for me. No complain, stuff made everything to make me happy.

Beds were very comfortable. Linens were perfect! There was ants on the side table and the paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling.

THAT THEY HAD A CRIB/PLAYPEN FOR BABY NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM - SLIDDING DOOR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY- I ASKED FOR TOP FLOOR WAS GIVEN FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT ASKING OR EXPLANATION OF WHY - NOT ENOUGH FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES

The room was filthy and infested with roaches

Not much Only 1 bed had a mattress cover and the other just a sheet not even tucked in. Room was tiny. People yelling and qbout to fight from 11pm to 1am. The door to building 10 kept slamming all night

I received dirty face rags and towels twice and we killed a roach The cleanliness

The front desk staff were pleasant The rooms smelt like mold and was very unkept

Location It didn't look like the pictures online at all, I made a reservation and had confirmation and was told they were not able to find it and they couldn't give me the price I booked it for online.
