Location Hair in the pool

En general un hotel en buenas condiciones. Falta limpieza de alfombras, mejor limpieza en habitaciones. Aire acondicionado de comedor extremadamente frío. Desayuno OK.

Location location location. I wanted something close to airport and was pleasantly surprised being this was an area I was familiar with years ago. I didn’t need beds made being I hardly sleep but comfortable bed even during downpours I could stand outside room and not get wet

This hotel was great for the price. Uber to and from the universal parks was about $10 each way. Free parking, free breakfast, daily housekeeping... I couldn't have been happier! The staff is extra extra extra friendly. The location is great, with shopping and restaurants walking distance. Also, its a few blocks away from the coolest McDonald's in the world! Watch out for the guy that makes the breakfast though, he's kind of a kreeper. Food was good though. oh, and the pool was warm!

The only things I did not like was the cleanliness of the room. The nooks and corners and underneath the beds, was filthy. Just a surface cleanup for the next guests. No drinking water provided for guests.

I want to start by saying This is my second trip to Fl within 2 months. Things I was looking for on this trip. Free- breakfast, free parking, free shuttle to Universal Studios. Working A/C and most importantly NO bugs and less than $100 per night. I spent multiple days @ about 5 hrs each time looking for hotels that matched, I called I don't know how many, because the google search along with booking sites claimed other hotels included "FREE" services I was looking for but really didn't (sent a lot of screen shots and emails to those hotels about false advertising). Upon check in, the lobby looks and smells clean. The staff is amazing, most of my interactions were with the young man at the desk. However everyone was friendly. housekeeping is something I refuse and will just asking if I need something like a towel. Staff was so good that... if you put towels on the railing to dry outside the collect them. This is not a bad thing, I just would suggest leaving a towel in a bag on the door or something as feedback. The day we checked in I had picked my daughter up from camp and came straight to FL. At camp they had a mud race and the kids put their wet muddy socks and shoes in the bag. I put it outside the door to dry. I will say the items were still in the bag but I opened the bag so it would dry. House keeping was way to efficient and threw away my daughters shoes and socks...I have ran out of space for more info. But I recommend.

Excellent Location and the lady at Front desk was very kind. The shower curtain is too short and the floor gets wet and slippery outside the shower. I have to put towels in the floor to control the water.
