Mai Hana Hotel & Suites

The parking lot is easy accessible. The initial room I received smelled like fish and the carpet was wet. I asked to moved to another room and was moved. However,I notice the door sealant was coming off and the bathtub was severely peeling and the elevator was inconsistent. The good thing was the carpet was dry in the second roomand I mostly used the stairs instead. The hotel is definitely due to a makeover. I realized after staying here that I never want to stay in an outdoor hotel again. There were way too may outdoor bugs and walking from room to outdoors to get to the breakfast was inconvenient. The breakfast was okay. Unfortunately it did not have a waffle maker.

Staff, especially night shift worker (didn’t get her name) was amazingly wonderful, pleasant, considerate and caring. Loved her tone, vibe, kindness and patience. The morning staff was very nice even our housekeeper. The staff and value made it worth the 11 hour stay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the $22.50 resort fee.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen that in my life. We checked in at about 9:30 PM. There were two towels in our room, no washcloths no hand towels and we had four people which was on a reservation. We went down for more washcloths. They came back with dirty washcloths that look like they were not really washed. We told them and they said they won’t have any till the next day cause something something wrong with the washing machine our toilet stopped flushing so we called maintenance. He came upstairs to fix the toilet left all kinds of like stains around the toilet from fixing it after like two flushes it stopped working again and we cannot use the bathroom all night long. We got up the next morning to talk to the front desk clerk and they said well maintenance isn’t gonna be around until like 9 o’clock why don’t you have a maintenance person on call at a hotel 24 hours? I do not know. Never got washcloths from this place. We were supposed to check out at 11. We left promptly at 10 AM. I just need to get out of there.

Location is spot on. Right next to all the restaurants/shops Overall it was an ok experience, asked lobbyist several times to ask room service to clean room floors because they were filthy when we checked in. Not one time in our 6 night stay did they clean the floors. So my family and I had to deal with filthy floors all week. I gave up asking after the 4th time. Also, Never restocked on toilet paper or bath towels from time to time so we had to ask for them in the lobby multiple times. If you are still reading this I have other issues, but i will end it here.

Breakfast was ok Stain on the bed sheets and the bath tub water was not draining appropriately also there was a alive cockrache in the bedroom and didn't like the location of the room.
