Mai Hana Hotel & Suites

The place was really close to the parks and well centralised, Alejandro was amazing and was very chatty always wanting to speak to us and see what we got up to that day! They charged my card “taxes” once I left after I had already paid taxes when booking and when I rang up a horrible person called Michelle answered and was so disrespectful and rude! wouldn’t let me speak or explain anything and just spoke over me the whole phone call and as I was speaking she said “bye” and hung up the phone it’s was the worst customer service I have ever received! This truly ruined the whole experience for me because of one horrible women! There was also ants in the room in the sink and crawling from the ceiling and then also all over the bed side table when we woke up!

Comfort and clean

The rooms carpet was very dirty and the room was a little small for the 4 of us, however if you are looking for a cheap place to stay it does the job, the location is the best thing about the hotel, breakfast was good too

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The rooms were a little damp.

Exceptional

breakfast was good, clean and organized, like the yogurt. The room didn't feel clean and water from the shower got on the bathroom floor, bathroom door was dirty at the bottom. Toilet had to be wipe down, because it didn't look safe to seat on, and toilet was really low. One of the pillows had a stain. The outside look sketchy, guy was in his pickup truck sleeping and drying his Jeans in the trunk bed, women outside smoking, another person walking around look like security for the cars but had no uniform.

The location was very convenient and the breakfast was really good. The room smelled of straight bleach and it didnt seem clean. There were stains on the bedding, old towels were left behind the door and never was removed even when they attempted to call themselves cleaning when we were gone. We didnt have face towels (washcloths), the staff seemed shortstaffed at all times, you could never get any help. Also the bedding and towels were wet and damp, I have no idea what that was all about.

Ubication the smell in the room!

Location was excellent only minutes by car to universal citywalk and Lyft charged me 10$ to get there. Next to lots of restaurants too.

Clean room

All rags and carpets dirty. Seems have not been replaced for decade, windows can not absorb noise really could not sleep because of loud music and drunk people walking the streets, asked the room service for shower gel and guess what she does not have anymore, breakfast is very poor, not worth staying even if price is low. Plus Google search shows it s 3 star hotel but it's only 2

Excellent location, nice staff

Beds were super comfortable. Slept well. Air condition worked well. Breakfast buffet area was a bit small but presentable. Decent place to stay on a budget. Biggest advantage was the walking distant to nearby attractions.

Everything, especialy the staff. Nothing.
