Very family area alot of things to do. And it was in the perfect location.

Great place to stay, good breakfast and everything you need is at the back of the Hotel, ICON, restaurants, Chinas Buffet right at the very back, solo travelers could walk in 2 minutes of everything because parking is more than $10 a day to park your vechicle. Thanks to the staff that was soo helpful to know this..Laundry room is available which was great.

All staff were super nice, professional and helpful! Breakfast was great! Something for everyone. Even switched it up a little each morning. One morning the eggs were made as a cheese omelette with multiple topping options with sausage links. The next morning the eggs were scrambled with multiple topping options with Canadian bacon. While still offering all the other options as well: multiple cereals, waffles, multiple breads, multiple fruits, multiple coffees, multiple cold drinks and lots of the little extras. All was great!

Great location, close to all Universal Parks an International Drive.

The location is undoubtedly incredible. I had stayed at this hotel twice before; this was my third visit, and I was unpleasantly surprised—it seems the hotel has really deteriorated over the last two years. My door wouldn't lock properly, the mattress was sagging, the bedding smelled of sweat, and the carpets—both in the room and the hallways—were grimy. I stayed in a room that got no sunlight; it was extremely damp and had an unpleasant odor. The hotel is definitely no longer the place that charmed me two years ago.

The broken elevator. When its rush hour, there is only 1 elevator working and it doesnt accommodate everybody right away.

I had a great experience. It was quiet, clean and properly maintained. Price was good as well. My only complaint was that you have to pay for parking. I dislike this because I am already paying to be a guest and all of the other hotels I stayed in did not do this. I also wish they had more protein options during breakfast. Not just egg and one meat option (like one day it was just Canadian ham, next it was pork sausage, next turkey sausage, next bacon)….for non pork eaters, that turkey sausage option was missed as a daily option. Overall it was a good stay for the convention I was attending.

Rooms smelly, mold smell throughout the hotel. Not hygienic at all.

I had to pay 16$ for parking and my car had to stay parked in the street.

Only one of two elevators working. Coffee in lobby amenity not seen in the evenings.

Great Location and free breakfast The only thing for me was the air conditioning was noisy & a older unit under window. The parking can get busy as well especially at weekends and if you’re arriving late at night.

I like the breakfast and the pool The cleanliness of the room dirty sheets.
