Drury Inn & Suites near Universal Orlando Resort

Great value!

Good staff and clean rooms.

We had a great time staying at the Drury. Reasonably price for all the great amenities.

The staff was amazing and very courteous. They went out of their way for us and not only us but idiot and everyone who came to them.! miss Vicky is one of the best!!

The carpet had a strong, unpleasant smell and was in very poor condition. The pillows were uncomfortable, and there was very little variety in the food and drink options. The guest room amenities were also very limited, with almost nothing provided.

My only complaint is I wish breakfast lasted later for those who may have medical conditions, like me, and it takes longer to get up and ready in the mornings. And I wish the fountain drinks and coffee were available 24/7 since there's no coffee makers in the rooms, or ways to keep drinks in the room cold.

I had An outstanding experience.

Great hotel, Staff very friendly, great breakfast.

very damp in the room.

The staff are always very friendly. We prefer not to have our room cleaned while we stay at hotels to give us more of a being at home feeling because I tend to clean up before housekeeping comes, and Drury is always fine with that. The breakfast is always good and hot and the Kickback in the evening has very good meal options.

Large selection for breakfast, something for everyone!

Room were dirty the whole place smelled mildewed just dirty

This is my favorite hotel chain. They always have great staff, clean & comfortable rooms. This hotel stay was excellent with a decent breakfast, & convenient location to get to parks.

It was my first time at this hotel. I really liked the 5:30 pm kickback reception with free food with 3 free drinks, friendly staff, and clean room with a comfy bed.

Our stay was very good. The breakfast and happy hours were welcome amenities. The staff was always so friendly and helpful.

Loved the Kick Back snack time. That's a definite plus!! Only thing I did not like are the pillows. WAY too soft for my liking!! Bed was very comfortable!!

Great place to stay and super close to Universal!
