Everything about our stay was perfect. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and even coming down one day towards the end, all of the food was still stocked and hot. The bar/restaurant on site was also a nice feature. I wish the pool area was open a little later but still no issues with it. Great location as we were visiting both the Universal Parks as well as Disney. While we didn’t utilize the shuttle to Universal, it was nice to know it was an available option for us. Would definitely stay here again!

No shower caps and mid breakfast

The breakfasts were very basic and exactly the same all four days. The famous "Kickback" is great, but basic and we got the same thing on both days we were able to attend. And what bothered me the most was that the hotel promised a quiet room, yet you have to expect noise from loud vehicles. The hotel is well-located, despite the roadworks at the corner (stayed mid August 2026).

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The pool was good sized. The room was clean and very quiet.

My husband, myself and our two dogs stayed here for one night while traveling. I can’t say enough how sweet the staff was to our dogs and how special they made them feel. They were greeted with scratchies and treats and attention every time they walked through the lobby. It was a wonderful experience all around.

We stayed here while visiting friends. Loves the breakfast Dailey and the manager kickback in the evening! What an amazing value! The pool was terrific and the staff super helpful! Highly recommend!

Check in was a breeze, and hot breakfast and kickback in the afternoons was great. Overall 5 stars

Great hotel! The free breakfast and dinner is awesome as well as the shuttle to Universal parks.
