Breakfast was very good, got free drinks on arrival, room and service excellent. Close to all the parks specially Universal, Epic, etc. Love it. Definitely a repeat.

Very comfortable and well suiyed for families. However it does not have enough trollies to assist guests in getting luggage to and from room. Also, there is no grab-and-go breakfast for guests who have early fĥlights

Room was very clean Staff were polite and Friendly Breakfast was excellent as usual. My only complaint was the Pool wasn't ready which was something I looked forward to I am a Cancer Patient and I chose this hotel because of the Indoor Pool. We have stayed hear many times and the Grandchildren loves it. We will be Returning Again.

The house cleaning was too slow. We still tipped.

The room I had had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. I told them they did nothing about it and when I got I already prepaid for my room; they were trying to charge me money, saying I didn't pay yet.
