Room was perfect except a lot of hair in the shower and on the clean sheet's. The ac would turn itself off in the middle of the night. Did not mind since the room stayed cool/cold but if not, it would have been an issue for me. Staff was pleasant and property was clean. Room smelled amazing upon walking in. We were able to check in 2 hours early at no extra cost which was pretty cool! I did not agree with the parking ending before checkout time. It should have ended on checkout day at the checkout time, which was noon and not before then. But, overall great property. Love, love the Hyatt, would definitely stay again!

Great hotel

Staff is friendly but are bad with concerns raised and communication. It was a nice stay, but we had issues with our room that weren’t a priority for the staff and it made us uncomfortable. Our sinks would not drain properly after use, and our deadbolt lock was not functioning. After numerous attempts to get repairs nothing came of it. Not even a new room or a discounted night. At checkout we were given a sad face and two cookies that had been sitting on the lobby desk since we had gotten there.

Super clean, fair price, great customer service, comfortable and safe.

Staff was great!

The room was stunning and squeaky clean. The staff greeted us with smile and check in within 10 mins fastest check in I had so far. Breakfast was the 5 star, with so many options and all fresh. Only downside was the parking, you would have to pay parking separately which wasn't explained to us. But being in Orlando, I can understand. We were in the middle of everything.

It was great perfect for a little getaway and it’s close to everything !

Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast options. My only complaints were that the hair blow dryer did not turn on in room 312. I also wished the tvs offered streaming services so that you could sign in to your own account, but that’s not a big deal.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Awesome breakfast buffet. Hotel is located in a prime spot where you can walk to alot of restaurants, icon park and the pointe. Def recommend!!
