Staff was very nice hotel was nice I like the area you can walk to restaurants. Breakfast was good too.

Good location. Rooms were clean. Overall property seems old and hallways had musty scent to them. Requires paid parking. Breakfast was good in variety.

The location was very handy to walk to restaurants without driving. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied, plentiful, & delicious! The rooms, common areas, and grounds were extremely clean and well maintained.

The only issue I had was paying for parking when it said it was free and paying for internet when it said you can join as a member and receive free internet, then I get a bill for it.

Front desk clerk is never there, they charge separate for parking…the food was disgusting…I WILL NEVER, ever stay there again nor will I recommend anyone to stay at that hotel

I stayed in a two-bedroom suite. It was very clean and comfortable. Although I do not use the kitchen, it was stocked with the basics and a full-sized fridge. It was great value for money

I reserved 2 queens and got a king instead

The room needs a makeover. I expected much more from a Marriott, especially with a $200/night rate. I did not appreciate the stained/dirty tile in the bathroom and the old looking walls. I did appreciate the clean linen and the breakfast spread.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is close to a lot of Universal attractions. The hotel was a bit out dated, other than that it was a good stay.

The girl with the great nails is a fantastic employee w great customer service. The property was nice, the room could use a deep clean.

I stayed a total of 3 nights first day toilet was clogged. The other shower didn’t work. The air vents aren’t as great in the rooms. Didn’t see no ice machine while I was present. Didn’t receive my complementary bag when I checked into my room. No one answers the desk phone or the house keeping phone.
