Avanti International Resort

The pool is great for little a big kids a the rooms are clean a cold but I do have to say they could remodel the bathrooms. The bathroom didn’t even have a toilet paper holder.

The room was comfortable, clean and packed , but for my opinion they need to change the beds, they are uncomfortable

Over priced food, and shuttles can get confusing. Starbucks wasn’t a real Starbucks, room was fine.

​While the pool area was pleasant, the rest of the resort fell incredibly short of expectations, feeling more like a budget motel. The rooms are quite large, but the decor is sparse and dorm-like, and there was a noticeable musty odor throughout. ​We encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including broken window blinds, dirty towels, and mold in the bathtub. Furthermore, the strong odor of marijuana in common areas and the stairs smelled like a NY subway. The online marketing is highly misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. Never again.

This hotel has been my go to hotel for quite sometime now. I have since introduced this property to my family & friends who also enjoyed their stay. Check in has gotten so much better, this year.

The location is great. You can walk to a lot of activities and restaurants. The room is good, the bathroom is horrible. The size of the bathroom is so small it is hard to step in and close the door. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on and was at an extreme tilt. When you closed the shower curtain, it would slide open on both sides. There was a good amount of rust and cover up paint in the bathroom and that just makes it look dirty. The door to the room was hard to open, but once it was open, it was hard to close. With it being a motel setup, not being able to easily close the door made us feel unsafe. If you want a great location for a good price, I would say this is for you.

The pool was the best part. The rooms are really in need of work. Bathrooms just look dirty all the time and the rooms smelled so bad.

Price is Right and place is clean

Pool was nice and clean. Kids still playing in pool and noise at 10:30pm. Staff friendly. Shane was very helpful. For the price of the basic room the standard was to be expected. Try the Rosen Pointe up the road for around the same price.

Only issue i had was during check in, we arrived around 10pm. the line was long to check in and only one person was working. She had to keep going to the back to take photo copies of ids. Maybe they should get a small scanner or copier at the front to make the process go faster
