The staff was nice Roach in the room. The door was broken in the restroom. Under the sink was broken and the toilet would flush when it wanted to.

Location Bedding wasn’t comfortable at all and the bar staff was very unprofessional and rude. My husband asked for a cup of ice and was hesitant about providing this service and even stated there’s an ice machine on the 2nd floor why should we leave the pool area for a cup of ice?

the GOOD: Pool is beautiful Hot tub near pool is good Nice pool and bar area all together Great staff and friendly Right on a main strip (TONS to do) The BAD: Hot tub is too small for amount of people The beach sand area (dirty and needs more sand) TV lags when watching Arcade is broken, eats TONS of money Pool closes at 11pm wish it was later Bath tubs are GROSS (cracked and clogged) Beds creek BADLY, they sent engineer up to fix it... it was the same on my side on the other side it had now started to creek. The bathroom is SOOO confined (small) Elevator sketchy, clunks going up and scrapes going down The building itself just look outdated the pictures on the website are VERY misleading but the price is good. ***Security Guard*** Not sure the name, an older man we caught peeping into a room with the shades up maybe 2 or 3 inches. He literally parked his golf cart went over and crouched down at the window... me and a couple buddies were sitting there for a bit and he drove around again, turned the golf cart around went back to the window and looked around befor he peeped again, saw us sitting in the truck and tried playing it off as he made his fake round to the floor above... this guy's is a huge creep. My buddy had the room next door and said it was a few females sharing the room and this was right after the pool closed at 11am. Just to add the date for this (10-12-2026) AVOID this "resort" there's tons more out there i was very disappointed

Really weird

I stayed for two nights; it was clean, and the room was large and comfortable. The pool and bar area were excellent. The location is perfect, with everything nearby, though they really should include parking

Pool Stairs

The cleaning crew came in and cleaned and did a really good job, but the property itself needs to be stepped up on the cleaning. Amenities of the shuttle is a little misleading because either you lose 30 minutes getting there and also the shuttle leaves at weird times and picks up the weird times that don’t let you enjoy the park. The whole time we were there, we didn’t get to use the shuttle ones. We had to pay for Uber’s own lifts because of the timing of the shuttles and how long they took. I’m also mislead about resort fees. Didn’t know about that until we actually got to the place, and not sure why it’s called resort fees. It’s just a hotel with a pool and a gym where anywhere else in the United States that would be a regular included, but resort fee is another name just to get some more money out of you.

The room was okay; if you don’t ask for new sheets, they will reuse the same ones. I guess you get what you are paid for. I don’t think I will come back. The Hotel is in a good area; everything is nearby.

Exactly what we needed. Cheap, cheerful and clean. We basically used the Avanti as somewhere to rest our heads after a long day at the parks. This was my second visit and will return for a third Not really Avanti but they allow a timeshare sales man (didn’t know this at the time, we thought it was the actual ticket sales man as this is where they sit) to take place at the concierge desk and hassle us whilst we were jet lagged at 10:30pm and got $50 scammed from us by misleading info.

I would say the check in/check out process was very smooth. The pool area was amazing and overall the location was superb. Staff were friendly and parking is adequate. I must also say the water is hot, I’m used to certain hotels that didn’t even have hot water after a certain time. The rooms were clean to my liking, so maybe the past reviews were maybe before renovation or something.However be aware of a package fee if you plan to have things shipped there, they charge $10 per package, so if Amazon decides to send your order in 10 different envelopes then you are getting charged an additional $100. The drainage in the bathroom was quite slow which isn’t a giant deal but something to note. Also they charge you an additional $100 for the resort fee upon arrival, so budget adequately. I may have overlooked it if it was on Expedia’s listing already, but I don’t remember seeing it and I’m not accustomed to paying the extra fee when booking through Expedia for other hotels(usually included in the total online). However I would stay again, alone for the area but some things I think you guys should take note of if you do plan to book here. PS: DND signs aren’t automatically in the room and you have to request at the front desk which I thought was a bit odd
