Somehow the hotel said they didn't receive notification from Expedia that I had booked and paid for two suites but they took care of everything and all was good. Welcome reception has gone downhill since my last visit years ago but it's still nice that they offer it. The Fort Myers location has a much better breakfast but still great.

Room was good but only issues was the breakfast was the worst I’ve had At embassy hotels. Check in/ out there was only 1 cart available for all guests which was also rough. In all I have 4/5 stars but should’ve been a 3.5

First time, the room was on the 7th floor. It was amazing - though on a busy day the elevator may take extra time to get to you. Second time, the room was on the 5th floor. While everything was amazing, for some reason, I thought the bathroom needed a little more cleaning to do. There was a mold stain on the ceiling. Forgot to mention this to the front office. Other than that, the entire atmosphere and experience was fantastic.

Understand system was down upon checkin but to wait 2:30 hours was a bit much, no compensation offered even for parking or something similar, bathroom tub needed cleaning or repainting, also hair in the tub, smudges on mirror, pull out couch was old and had to fight to get it out and in, breakfast was good and pool was nice, indoor hot tub was down
