Good location

Very clean rooms, quiet, even if it’s close to all the activities on I4 and IDrive.

I enjoyed my stay and all service was excellent.

I was traveling with my grandson in a vehicle for 11 hours, I had the hotel to call the police and was dismissed off the property because hotel did not honor what was paid to expedia. Made it to second property after midnight and was extremely tired. Not a good start .

Breakfast was delicious and the 5-6:30 snack and free cocktails were a nice treat as well. Location is perfect for the convention center and Icon Park.

Friendly staff and breakfast. Water dripping from the ceiling in the shower.

The omelet bar should have at least two people making omelets so the line isn't too long. The bathroom could have been been cleaner. No one suitors have to pay to park at the hotel their staying at

The only flaw, was the bathroom floor was constantly wet due to the air conditioner.

This is the third time I've stayed here that I've had issues. Water pressure waspoor, no hot water, the hot tub has been roped off during my last two visits which were months apart. Not sure that I will stay here next time I'm in town.

In general, the hotel.was nice and clean. It is no really up to date, could use a remodeling, specifically for the bathrooms in the rooms.

Great location and enough room to feel at home away from home. Very clean and quiet.

Pool was nice

Great location, ideal for walking I Drive. Excellent breakfast with cook to order omelets. Spacious clean room and bathroom. Friendly courteous helpful staff on-site.

I liked everything about this Hotel except for having to use the room card to leave the parking lot. Using it to get in , I get that part but having to use it to leave was unnecessary and just a pain in the butt especially when it is raining.

Both hot tubs were down. I literally left one Embassy because the hot tub and pool was down.

I like the breakfast always top-tier that’s my favorite part of any embassy suites in the location was perfect. My room wasn’t clean hair was everywhere and I had to clean the toilet myself. The tub was rested and I had it for my happy hour and breakfast voucher from the front desk it wasn’t offered. Also, I didn’t like that in my room outside view with the highway.

The pool and got tub were very nice too
