Had to pay for an early check in. I didn’t really like that but what can you do. The inside Hot tub was out of service 😞 Hira, was EXCELLENT customer service She shared some places for us to visit that were more to our liking - Great job!

Bathroom was worn: tub was chipped and needed replacement, the tub/shower handle was not working that resulted in not getting sufficient hot water, door was frayed at bottom. Toilet was very slow to flush which gave impression on verge of being stopped up. Room was clean, beds comfortable and had a fold out sofa for kids. 2 rooms with a privacy door. Outdoor pool and hot tub were clean, pool area was clean, plenty of chairs and nice size outdoor pool. Pool towels were conveniently located for your use at poolside. Pool was secured with fencing and required key card access. Personnel were courteous and professional. Price point and convenience to the Universal Studio area was good for this property. The 3 star review was strictly related to poor condition of bathroom Overall very good place to stay.

Walking distance to Icon Park and many excelent dinning options.

Nothing but a big stain on the couch that was bleached, everything else good for me

Room was clean but smelled like a wet dog.

Room was perfect clean and modern, Breakfast in the morning was with a lot of variety and staff was very friendly

Otherwise, all was very good.

Breakfast was fantastic, location was excellent and staff couldn’t be more helpful. The hotel exceeded my expectations The only thing was the bath was a bit tired

I've stayed at numerous Embassy Suites including this one a few times. The room was roomie as expected. We had 4 in our party and were given a Conference room with no couch which left all of us to share beds or sleep on top of the conference table. The remotes didn't work, we killed a roach within 15 minutes of being in the room. There was a party on the 1st floor (we were on the 2nd floor right above it) and it was so loud I could feel the vibrations from the drums and hear every single word the singer was saying. When they ended at 11pm we heard some loud sound happened every 10-15 minutes all night and morning so sleep was very hard to come by that night. Breakfast was very lacking this time. Limited options, items not refresh when out, no spoons. It was such a disappointment this time, I do not want to return to this location again.

Went for breakfast one day, never went back. very poor selection. Rooms had a bad odour but we got moved the second day as we were there for 12 nights. Pool was too small. We used the pool next door.
