The only downside was our check-in experience. After fully unpacking for our family of four—including clothes, toiletries, and food—our key cards stopped working. When we went to the front desk, we were told we had to switch rooms because ours had been taken offline due to issues with the room (there was a smell, the floors were sticky and the beds felt damp). Unfortunately, there was no offer to help us move or even provide a bell cart. My husband spent nearly an hour carrying all of our belongings down the hallway one armful at a time after we had already completely unpacked. A small gesture of assistance would have gone a long way.

Had a great time here with my wife. Rooms were very clean though we did tend to get hot in the middle of the night and could not turn the A/C down at all. Other than that was a good experience.

Resort fee is abusive and why is there a parking fee? It is blown out of proportion.

Great hotel experience, the hotel are really clean and neat. And the people work there were very helpful

The property was clean and our room was spotless. The hotel is nice. The market and pools were the best part. However, we tried to use some of the amenities, for example the fire pit, and the staff never responded. If they did, it was well after 45 minutes of waiting. Also, when we tried to eat at the sports bar, they were out of half the things we wanted. Not impressed for the very expensive price I paid for our family to stay there. It was a rare treat for my hard working college student. I would choose to stay at another resort next time.

Between the competitions going on at the convention center and ResortPass, the pool and lazy river were extremely crowded the whole time we were there. There was trash along the wall in the lazy river that was never picked up while we were out there.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The property was clean, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and inviting. We were able to rest really well, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, great staff and sweet lazy river!

Billing was off. Pool was filthy and filled with day pass. AC didn’t work well and the room smelled like mildew and wet dog. Staff was very unapologetic about billing issues transferring the blame to me.

Everything is perfect for our family vacation. Thank you!

10/10 recommend. Had a great time. Was there for just relaxation.
