Everything offered was very good and everything was well advertised

It’s a good, fairly central location for a Disney complex and the price is reasonable. The only downside is that the breakfast is very poor, it’s would be nice if they offered scrambled eggs and bacon in the menu.

It was a convenient lication for Sea world

Hotel was good for what my family needs

Hotel was clean. Darryl was an excellent help. Breakfast was basic - tea/coffee, boiled eggs, cereal, bagel, muffins. A microwave oven is in the lobby as well as a few snacks. There wasn't any microwave in the room.

The WiFi was not good. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. They offered free bottled water…this was a major plus with the heat.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. The rooms are cleaned every day and the services are better than a 5 star hotel. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is fresh every day and there is coffee and hot water for tea all day. Next year we will surely visit again.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly! The only problem I had is the advertising should say continental breakfast . I realized at check-in that we would not be getting a real breakfast the next morning but overall , I would definitely choose this hotel again!

They have plenty of free parking spots. Good free breakfast options. They have warm water and coffee all day long. The front desk stuff is also helpful. Nothing fancy but good enough to stay.

Hotel had a water main issue.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Unfortunately, a water main break occurred in the middle of the night, forcing the shutdown of all water throughout the building. This affected breakfast and everyone's ability to maintain their hygiene. The rooms are extremely small, and I would not recommend them for families with 2 kids or more. The space will be tight.

A decent economy hotel, free continental breakfast gives you a bite to get the day started. Staff were friendly.

Not far from theme parks Room furniture lack style for cabinet with no doors and dresser without drawers. Double beds a bit noisy when moving on bed. No water on final day. shower was uncomfortable and water would seep out through glass door. Breakfast was not continental
