Amazing staff always willing to help

We specifically disliked the toilet room plan with the separation of the basin being near the beds and the toilet seat and shower in a separated "toilet" area. Second red flag, water smells raw sewage, which might not be a hotel alone issue, bur rather a local water facility problem as the same bad water smell was the water at a nearby theme park. However, next few days, having changed hotel, the new area and new theme park had normal, no smell/taste water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bagel breakfast bar was simple and enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel for the price, breakfast could have a little improve , but i would recommend stay in here

Good clean hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, a little limited, they could do better. Very close to SeaWorld/Aquatica and a strip full of good restaurants. Stayed with kids, safe area.

My only complaint is that I wish the rooms had microwaves.

The rooms are small. The furniture is made out of pressboard. There are no dresser drawers. The room they put us in for the first night did not have working air-conditioning and when we opened the refrigerator door, the shelf it was sitting on separated from the stand that was on, and the refrigerator fell out. They did give us a different room on the second day. The manager was very nice and gracious, but he was not there the evening we checked in.

I enjoyed staying at this property everything was great from the breakfast to the pool.I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel!

The property was close to Sea World. The noisy housekeeping staff early in the morning: no real breakfast just a beagle bar.

There are no ice or vending machines on the third floor. I don't know about the 2nd or 4th. You can buy drinks on the first floor and pay at the front desk. ... The room was clean and comfortable, but there are no dressers. You can hang up your clothes in a mini closet, but the rest of your clothes need to stay in your luggage. ... Breakfast was acceptable. After fixing the issue with noisy room. We were move to a nice quit room. Everything else was good.
