The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean and quiet.

On Saturday, September 26, my mother and grandmother discovered roaches in their room. Although we did not notice any when we first checked in, the room already had a strong urine odor. After a few hours, as we settled in for the evening, roaches began appearing. We saw small baby roaches, large adult roaches, and what appeared to be eggs around the air conditioner, in the corners, and behind the bed. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk and requested another room. Staff repeatedly told us no other rooms were available. They offered to let us check out but would not refund our money, leaving us with no acceptable resolution. The receptionist, Marlon (shown in purple shirt), was dismissive and unfriendly when we explained the situation. We expected the staff to take our concerns seriously and help address the problem. Instead, we felt ignored. To make matters worse, before we had even completed check-in or received a room, the hotel asked us to leave a positive review. Asking guests to recommend a hotel before they have experienced their stay raises serious concerns about how those reviews are obtained. Based on that request and what we experienced afterward, I would strongly caution anyone against relying solely on the positive reviews. The room’s condition was unacceptable, and the lack of support made an already upsetting experience.

My experience was not a good one. I reserved 4 rooms. The room my mother was in was infested with roaches. What really upset me was the fact that Marlon was so willing to refund my money for all 4 rooms. Not help to find at least one room, so my mother can move out of the infested room. Like where were we to go in the middle if the night in Orlando. The fact maintenance said they did not see the roaches in the room. I have pictures to prove. In the end, I did give my room to my mother, and they were able to accommodate my husband and myself with another room. They did refund payment for one of the four rooms. I would like for them to reund me for another room, just for the fact that I had to move all of my mother’s luggage and then my luggage to another room. I will take that up with corporate.

It was reasonably priced and fairly close to the event we were attending. The biggest down side was the bed pillows. they were terrible, and there was no vanity in the room for my wife to do her hair while I was occupying the bathroom.

The pool was really nice and clean. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

No coffee machine in the room. No microwave in the room. Ok for conversation attendees who will eat out before heading back for the end of the day.

Had a great time with my family. Staff were very helpful!

Breakfast wasn't sufficient until 10 am; when I went to get coffee, there was nothing left. There wasn't even cheese or ham at breakfast. If it's a café for many Latin American people, it should have those items. Furthermore, the price charged at reception wasn't the same as on the app.
