The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Broken springs in the bed, trash everywhere outside and inside. The floor was damp and all the furniture was damaged. Crushed dead bugs on the wall was disgusting. Paid for 2 nights and left after the first. Never again 0.5/5 as the air conditioner did work.

Not all Extended Stay properties are the same. I've stayed at some that are much better. This location is prime if you have an event at the OCCC West building. Unfortunately, you will be sleeping, eating, and showering with roaches. We were there for 5 nights and could not move out because of a business meeting that lasted all day and into the evening--no time to get an alternative. They didn't even have enough of the kitchen amenities like dishes, pans, cups, mugs, toaster, coffee maker, etc. you expect at an Extended Stay. There isn't even a toilet on the ground level where the pool and breakfast room is. The hallway carpets are in terrible condition. The couch and office chair in the room were so nasty I chose to sit on my cooler instead for the whole 5 days. There is a smell throughout the building that is not pleasant--like stale smoke and stinky carpet. I took several photos of some of the roaches I killed as proof. I even bought Raid and used it several times. But even by the 4th day, they would still show up in the kitchen area, the bathroom, and just running anywhere day and night. The queen bed was comfortable, but had only 3 smaller pillows yet we were two people. They refused to give any extra pillows. The ironing board had dust and dirt piled high on it like it had not been cleaned in months.

The first they gave us the carpet was nasty dirty and refrigerator was dirty the hallway carpet is dirty They which us room the second room room tub is stained and refrigerator is stained we didn’t have a remote control to watch tv front desk close at in are resort the next day

The staff has no sense of curiosity or customer service very ride everyone

One good thing was your Overnight Front Desk person, Debra. She was sweet as pie and very understanding. The one other good thing was the toilet in the room seemed new and working well. Oh and it had a sturdy desk in the room. As a last attempt to not have to go to another hotel I thought about sleeping on it. Everything else besides Debra the overnight front desk person. The room was very warm; air conditioner not working. The refrigerator was rusty. The carpet had not be vacuumed. There was still dirt and debris on the carpet around the air conditioner and the couch. The outlet that the TV was plugged into had no outlet cover. The bathroom ceiling was nasty. It had mold all over the ceiling. With the security having to check cars on the property and the fact that the front desk needed to have a metal rolldown gate indicated the are was not safe. Looking out my room window the area around the pool was muddy; no grass, just drainage grates. The bed was lumpy as well. After an hour and half of torturing myself I left and asked for a total refund. Then I went to another hotel. I still got charged for one night's stay.

Nothing Very nasty place to stay..... dirty, bad maintenance, smell cannabis all around, says included breakfast....it's only coffee and muffins, Says sofa bed... it's just sofa full of dog's hair.

**BEWARE**Avoid this place at all cost! They have an infestation of roaches! They moved me from room #202 to the room next door #204 once I told them there are roaches and of course there was roaches in that room! I took pictures! I left same day and they told Expedia I stayed there the whole time! When I booked to another place and Expedia saw that I checked in to another hotel that same day! So on top of it they lied! There giving me a hard time for a refund! I made a complaint and provided pictures of roaches to corporate. Hopefully I get my refund soon!

Had to switch rooms and was given a room with no carpet and appeared a lot cleaner. But my son no longer wanted to stay at the hotel. So we checked out after 2 days, Spoke with Supervisor and front desk staff. The noted that they would refund me for the final 3 nights and not charge me for checking out early. Day staff seems very helpful, but to be checked into a filthy room with my son for a tournament was very upsetting and made the trip extremely stressful. No dishes or anything in kitchens and you have to see what is available. So you may not have anything and better off going to Target or Walmart to buy disposable items. I will update stars if I get my refund. But for now a definite 1, even a negative if I it was possible. The day staff conversation I had with dealing my issues will bump up a star, if refund is given. If not, I will say avoid this property if traveling with your family. Apparently many that stay here come to party.

Parking was great. The room was pretty big. Breakfast was included but it was not provided during my stay. The + was the hotel was just 10 min from the Convention Center. So i saved in parking / gas. The pool looked very clean.

Do not stay here. If you care about your family, do not stay here. The hallways smell like body odor and marijuana, the carpets are filthy, the “kitchen” is disgusting, the cockroaches are fast, and the service is sad. We reserved a two queen bed room. We got a king and a sofa bed. The sofa bed didn’t have sheets. When we asked for sheets, they said we didn’t get a pillow. Now let’s talk about the pool. No. It’s murky. The cigarette butts that littered the walkways outside the lobby were a nice touch. DO NOT STAY HERE. Extended Stay America needs to remove its branding from this property if they care about customers. We booked this “room” for a week. We only stayed the first night because we got in so late.

This place was very dirty and smelly. Our room had a really bad odor that stuck on our clothes and affected my asthma. The carpet in our room had stains and was very dirty. The room was very dated and old. The chair had cracks on the cushions. The bedding had stains. The bathroom skin was clogged. The toilet seat wiggles when u sit on it. And to top it off, they advertise free breakfast but did not have any. I would never stay here again.
