Extended Stay America Select Suites - Orlando - Conven Ctr - Sports Complex

My nieces' foot was sticking to carpet. We slept in our clothes and grabbed all my sheets out of my van and slept on our sheets. I'm a massage therapist and that's how I had sheets with me. This was my 2nd hotel this night and the 1st was much worse.

I just want thanks, Issac for going above and beyond, Blanca was amazing, Bonita I met at another ESA and recognized me and acknowledged me and that was great customer service and support from them all. Keep up the good work.

The property was originally well built and substantial. It's a kind of "tired" property now. A variety of maintenance "fixes" have been jerry-rigged allowing continued function, but setting a lower standard. Some items have been overlooked (bed leg missing allowing the bed to tilt that direction unexpectedly; burnt out light bulb, TV inconveniently unplugged and the remote battery expended). The primary systems of the property were good and remain functional (hot water, HVAC, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, and etc.). It is conveniently located near the Convention Center and the price is the lowest around the area. I did hear residents complaining about Marijuana (unfortunate).

Actually some people think they could continue manipulating others while they are trying to rest or to sleep: after all I paid them their rates for the past 3 weeks for that room, it was for my son he was in a difficulty time 😭 //it won't happen again in this life time, they will understand my words 🎺

Few staff members like Lizz and Toni were very helpful and few were lacking empathy totally. So a strange combination of great people and untrained people at the same time. Very bad breakfast. Location is good if you are there for convention at convention center, else its a bad location. Thanks to Lizz and Toni who made the stay meaningful else, nothing much at the property.

Room was so dirty even the kitchen and bathroom worst stay ever.

Did not stay there. It was disgusting. The room smelled, it was filthy and a lot of sketchy people around.

It is very helpful in a time like this👍

Staff Everything

It was HORRIBLE! Roaches and dried food on the stove, and just praying we don't carry bedbugs home. We checked out the next morning and went somewhere else. The only reason we stayed that one night was because we had been flying for 12 hours and were exhausted. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

There is WiFi, it is very helpful 🙂

Hotel room was dirty and kitchenette smelled terrible and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Would not recommend stay here.

My room had a rusty refrigerator. Burnt out outlets and a roach crawled acroos my shoe it is a smoke free hotel but it smelled like 2 different kinds of smoke all night long they had spackle on walls the staff was amazing but we did not like the room or the people hanging out in the cars and by our car smoking at all hours I have tried to upload images but it will not let me I am going to try one last time

The bed was comfortable Roaches, no microwave as promised. Was told pota and pans wouldn't be available

The room was nasty and infested with roaches. When I went to the front desk with this complaint and asked to move rooms I was told they couldn’t do anything for me until the manager came in the next day once told that I requested for a refund and for the room to be cancelled and was then told that couldn’t be done either. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

We stayed 20 minutes. There were bugs in the room and on the bed. The pool was not in use. Breakfast was not going to be provided. We did not stay in room at all and when we cancelled our trip and went back home I emptied my luggage outside for fear of bringing a bed bug into my house. Disgusting.
