I was not impressed. I left

It definitely suited my needs, especially since I'm temporarily using a cane. Everything was easy to move around in. The tub, small TV, and comfortable recliner and bed were all fine. Trash can under the sink. The freezer and fridge worked great, the hot water was reliable, and the shared bathrooms and laundry room on the 1st floor were clean. Plus, the vending machine drinks were actually cold. It's close to everything, and overall a simple, convenient stay. I'll probably come again.

Everything is falling apart… there’s a kitchen that’s useless unless you provide your own plates, bowls, pots and pans. It’s very unkept.

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for cooking.

The overall condition of the trip was a bit lackluster

Didn’t realize it was a long term stay hotel so people lived there, we seen/killed multiple roaches while there and it reeked of Mary Jane so they’re were definitely people close by smoking cannabis.

The only thing I did like was the location Give me a room on lower floor because of my disability I ask and was told I would get one the next day it never happened

Had to sleep in car there was no attendant available until 10am we had to sleep in the car with our kids and they tried to charge me a fee saying I never showed up the rooms had roaches it smelled terrible and everything especially the floor was filthy

Close to SeaWorld and Aquatica Rooms are not clean. Hotel smells. We were told by staff that it's more like a temporary housing facility for social programs. 2 Towels for 4 people are supposed to last a whole week. The Kitchenette does not include any utensils.

Only the location.and the Lady that sprayed the room. The room smells. They sprayed, but the smell came back. I have to buy spray. They put me in the second building where the smell of cigarettes was stronger. I reserved the front building.,???? And no breakfast at all. I'm sorry I do like the company some place else.

Bad

No soap in room, room was dusty, no bathroom towel. Had to purchase disinfectant wipes, moth balls and open windows.
