When we got to the hotel I learned about the $25/night/person for “amenities. Weren’t that many to justify these prices. When we got the room keys we were told they were all in the same bldg. the Tower. Again, No. I searched all over for about 15 min, finally had to call the desk and was told my room was in a totally different bldg. Yet the same person told me they were all in the tower 25 minutes earlier. She seemed surprised I wanted to be close to my other 2 traveling companions. One of the rooms had a faulty toilet. Occupant in shower and when she pulled shower curtain back the bathroom floor covered in suds and water coming out of toilet bowl. Same room where she found a bandaid stuck on sink on arrival. When we arrived I asked about shuttle service. Was told to check with them in the morning. Although I came down fairly early I’d missed 2 trips. Would have been exceptional customer service had they given me the available times then and there, the night before. Finally, upon arrival I was asked daily about the “promotion package.” Both times I declined but different ambassadors kept pushing. This is annoying. Hilton needs to be more respectful about No responses. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me or someone I know. I have taken advantage of them before and I appreciate the opportunity but no badgering please. I’m a Hilton member but pretty disappointed.

Everything was perfect except for the room. Stinky.
-
Very beautiful surroundings with lots of fun an exciting things to do with the kids.
-
Rooms are very small. Cleanness is zero. On website shows breakfast available and charge me but they don’t even offer breakfast. Lobby is very nice and clean but rooms and corridors are uneven and dirty.

The property is very clean. amenities are great love the pool the bar by the pool you’re able to order food they bring it right to you. Rooms were nice and clean. Love this place. Always stay here the girls at the front desk very accommodating. The only thing I dislike is the fee for the parking.

The hidden fees of $40 a day for parking and the villa rooms are very run down and the cost for breakfast is outrageous! Our sink was clogged and our shower leaked at the door and flooded the bathroom floor every time we used the shower

I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and the hotel tower smelled so good. Bed is soft and nice. They give you spare towels when you go to the pool area. I enjoyed it closed for different restaurants, liquor stores, and gift shop. Very convenient and they offer good food at the laguna restaurant. Overall it was nice. Only downside was a little mold on the ceiling, but besides that it was great! Would come again

Room not cleaned daily. Staff was really nice especially front desk lady. Less than 15 minutes away from the park. Not a ton of eating options in the area
-
the room wasn't clean at all. They would barley come and clean the room often. The floors were very dirty

This has to be one of the best hotels I ever stayed in ever first the view was priceless, breakfast was great and it’s literally on international drive. Please get the tower view it’s a must at this hotel to be honest, I’m coming here every time in Orlando😎

Everything was good the staff was excellent

I was not informed of all the taxes, additional expenses incurred such as parking. They gave me a room furthest from the main hotel while it looked that the hotel was not occupied.
