Staff was friendly. Clean but needs entire makeover. Electrical issues in room, water was not always hot sometimes barely warm for showers. Pool and outside nice.

The staffs were amazing! Every person I talked with, they were willing to help me and the service was beyond the words. They helped me surprise my co-worker who's birthiday was the during the stay. I really appreciate how kind they acted.

It is an older hotel but it is close to everything and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and activities. The beds were very comfortable, nice size tv, cost effective travel location and the pool is nice. You can watch the fireworks from Disney from the 4th floor. The cleaning staff is amazing and helpful and ao is the management. If you have an issue with your room they immediately do their best to make it right or they will move if you prefer. I was here for the EMS world expo and it was 400 dollars cheaper than the other hotels and good value. The fridge did not have a freezer section but it was very cold. This hotel is worth looking at for your travels

The lobby staff were pretty amazing and friendly. The room was clean but a little dated. Bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, the towels smelled like mold. Even when I got replacement from house keeping they still had a smell.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but older. Door was loose and rattled all evening. Bathtub was not clean.

Hotel on I-Drive so you're close to a lot. Very close to universal. Only bad thing I can say is that the bed creaked a lot. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Could get better body wash and shampoo. Sad toilets would be nice also

Well managed, clean, friendly staff. Unbelievable value for the price. We stayed as a team during our company convention with teams from all around the world and everyone was very impressed with the value. And walking distance to the convention center makes it even more attractive. The lighting is blue light, not good for your autonomic nervous system. If you switch it to yellow light, it will be fantastic for your customers

The room wasn’t very clean and our friends who were staying with us had glass on their floor. It also smelled very badly of marijuana in our room and we are traveling with kids.

The place is running down. Staffs were pleasant and the room is clean. Outside is not presentable. Elevator shaking. A bit scary. And it smells in there l!!!

Staff at check in was very pleasant. The room was dirty, not just dated. Woke up to a cockroach on my last night. Would not recommend, the reviews I had read were very misleading.

The room was squeaky clean. Property is well-maintained but you can tell it's older. I didn't use any of the amenities, just too busy. Plenty of parking. Staff was absolutely amazing. They are fast, knowledgeable, polite, and always helpful. Showers get super hot, which is a must for me when traveling. Location is very convenient. Close to major highway, Orlando night life, and Universal. My only qualm is the walls seem really thin. You can hear everything.

Cheap and close to convention center. Room was clean. I asked for quiet room and got one facing the interstate. Door key didn’t work but was fixed immediately.

Location. I stepped on something sharp on the flooring that was sticking up. Bathtub wasn't the cleanest.
