The Cleanliness of the property and easy accessibility to the pool area…. Didn’t have an iron or iron board on the room… even though the front desk staff did mention we can call the front if we need anything extra …

Staff was courteous just one of them forgot to send more coffee when I asked. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in room. pretty clean property but disliked the smell of marihuaja in some areas outside

Mostly what I would expect for the price. Reasonably clean and efficient. My toilet stopped flushing 2 days in and they fixed it enough so it flushed once and then stopped again. My friend was able to reach in the tank and fix the problem in a few seconds herself so I’m not sure what they did.

The hotel looks like a hotel/motel. I was not there but one night but I guess for the amount paid, it was decent. I was in an area for easy transportation.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The parking is free. Which is excellent. This hotel is really close to Sea World. At walk distance. Many amenities available. 100 percent recommended.
