Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center

Shower head was broken and the AC in the living room barley cooled the room.

Enjoyed my stay, the location is very convenient to surrounding areas.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The room exceeded all expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the fact that parking was free, food was great and my room was spacious. Special shout out to Stacey and her extraordinary espresso martinis <3

Breakfast was fine.

Pool was great. One of the elevators was not working at the beginning of our stay. Otherwise very nice hotel and close to food and Orange County Convention Center

Location was wonderful, we were staying here because of going to the convention center. Breakfast was wonderful here. But unfortunately our first night our room felt like mildew and literally was damp in the beds.. it was so late by the time we figured it out( they masked it with air freshener) so we waited till the next day to move out and got out into another room- which was better. Apparently the Ac was broken, I just don’t understand how they checked off that it was fine to let someone stay in there. Management was on it though and handled it well. They did give us some complimentary drinks and breakfast which was nice.

The elevator was broken and was told it would be fixed Monday, it wasn't fixed until Thursday. Also cleaning service cleaned out room but we had no toilet paper and empty body wash. Had to call to get both.

ROOMS DONT HAVE AT LEAST A MICROWAVE

The King Suite was very nice.

It was an amazing stay and the staff were great. The only negative was that our elevator broke which normally would not be an issue other than that I had an injury I was dealing with and walking longer distances to use the elevator was an inconvenience. I am also not sure why it was broken 4 days out of our 5 day stay… one or two days would be okay but for most of our stay was really inconvenient due to our circumstances.

Excellent experience. Will definitely be back.

The water stank when u take a shower

I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay there again.

The front entrance is remodeled so there’s an expectation that the rooms are as well. They are not. The hotel decided to clean the floors, flooding them so that guests had to walk around to the side entrances to enter. Rooms are sufficient but outdated.

In the room, my son pulled the cushions off the pull-out couch and the fabric was just wrapped around the foam & glued to the sides for show. The underside was stained. The mattress was stained & smelled. Mold in the shower & the walls were cracked. The finishes were old, stained, and super outdated. The tile on the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and dirt, hair & lint was piled up in the corners. It was gross. We made a reservation at another hotel and just left. I couldn’t even take it up with the manager because it felt like too much & I would have just unloaded on her. We left as soon as we could check into the other place. Additionally, the advertising for this hotel indicates it is close to the Orange County Convention Center. Expedia shows it as being closer to the convention center than the 2 hotels that are actually attached to the convention center, but it is not. By the map, it’s close to the BACK of the one of the halls at the OC Convention Center that is not on International Drive, but you have to walk around. Don’t be fooled-this hotel is at least a 30-40 minute walk from the ENTRANCE to the convention center. YUCK.
