Great 👍

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Through no fault of the hotel, the kitchen was closed for a breakfast and a dinner. Without a vehicle its stinks to find dinner.

Every thing was great and I recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay, especially for the rate. Free parking is a huge bonus for the Orlando area. The common spaces showed some wear and tear, but the room was nice and clean. The room was also very spacious. It is perfect for a family.

The hotel did not operate like a branch under Sheraton. Mistakes in check-in, check-out, incidental charges, and a double charge on the room fee happened for the stay. Had to call front desk multiple times the following week to resolve the issue.
-
The room was nice but no microwave in rooms, the bed was very stiff for me personally and this particular location is situated next to an Extended Stay, sketchy looking individuals out in parking lot separated by chain link fence throughout the night and morning.

Had a warm welcome and a comfortable one night stay

The outside around the ac in the windows are showing mildew. Need to be cleaned.

Shower head was broken and the AC in the living room barley cooled the room.

Enjoyed my stay, the location is very convenient to surrounding areas.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The room exceeded all expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the fact that parking was free, food was great and my room was spacious. Special shout out to Stacey and her extraordinary espresso martinis <3
